Dutch bros had me working under illegal conditions numerous times, staff and management were awful

First time here. Ordered in app for walk up window. 15 minutes after my time pick up and I am still waiting. Not sure how the coffee is. Sorry.

As well as "Who the f*** do you think you're talking too?" by a group of teens "running" a dutch brothers. They have lost mine, my families, and friends business over this as we were so appalled at their actions there are no words. While this was happening, the "manager" was laughing as were other employees. You could hear the female employee screaming "F*** off" in the drive through window all the way over at the walk up window. This is the future generation: If we make a mistake, its your fault and you can "f*** off". Been going to dutch for a long time, went every day through COVID as it was our outing. Went to this store as it was on the way to work. Ive had drinks spilled on me having to pay 60$ for car cleaning. They apologized and gave me free drinks. So i gave them a second chance and it was good. Then i go today and again, the people kept making the drinks wrong with a two drink order and no one else in the drive thru. I got upset because I stated numerous times "hot chi" yet they make it cold. I get upset so instead of just making it again Melanie V the cashier confronts me and starts yelling, why are you so upset over a drink. I start explaining i need to get to work and not keep waiting every time I come here for you to remake drinks (which they never offered to do) over and over, or worse yet spill them on my car and myself. Melanie stated "I asked you twice what type you wanted" and I stated "Hot, its always been hot, i said twice its hot and the person in the back seat only drinks it hot." Another girl runs up with severe acne and stars on her nose, yelling "Who the f*** do you think you're talking too. Get the f*** out of our driveway then if you dont like the drinks.". I asked for the manager that im sick of this and they refused to call one or even state they were the manager, a girl with braids came up and refunded us after i demanded a refund while laughing at the exploits of her employee. This is how they treat their customers? Never again. I can make coffee at home.

honestly not good at all. my mom got me a cookie butter latte specifically with cookie butter on the cold foam and in it hence the name. well it was just a regular latte with milk and this weird syrup in it. will not be getting again!

Megan and montana was really quick and drink was so good. Ill be back for sure

Employees are still great, but the new baked goods are terrible! Only greed and not caring about product quality could’ve driven the decision to fix what was working fine. I’m gone.

I was so excited for Cookie Butter to come back this year but I am soooo disappointed. I do not like it at all this year. Why did you change it !?? It’s terrible now :( I’ve heard this from multiple people, not just me. I’m so sad, I truly could not wait for it to be back. Boo 😩
