Vet was great and his diagnosis and prescription were spot on. Our aging Great Dane is his energetic and happy self again.

Dutch has an unethical policy of keeping customers money for services that it never provided. I signed up for Dutch through my employer but realized after I paid for a membershio that Dutch did not include the services I needed.after learning I would still have to keep my old pet insurance active to protect my pet, I cancelled my Dutch policy 4 DAYS BEFORE my coverage was scheduled to begin. Dutch refused to refund my money even though I canceled the policy before it ever began. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE. It’s a waste of money for unnecessary services from an unethical company. Just get regular pet insurance on your own!

My experience with Dutch vet care and Dr Domann was fantastic. My online visit was better than I ever expected. Dr Domann provided a comprehensive, educated appointment with solutions for every issue we had. She was very kind and empathetic to our situation. I will be recommending this service to everyone I know. My vet of 40 yrs recently retired and I was devastated. Not anymore I am so happy and relieved that I found Dutch Vet Care. Totally the comprehensive affordable care I've been looking for.

Just go to your regular vet. I called Dutch on a weekend when my cat had an ear infection (regular vet wasn’t open) thinking I could get a head start on getting my cat a treatment plan. Basically all they told me to do was go to my regular vet. Unless you want to pay an additional $35, you won’t get the meds they prescribe for at least 3 days. Not worth the money. I would have saved time and money just sticking with my regular vet… Asked for a refund after my poor experience and they said no.

Called as my cats develop respiratory illness. 5 cats in home, wanted to resolve issue ASAP and STOP the spread. Spoke with vet Dr from Nigeria. Easy to understand, patient. No runny nose, no obvious discharge, no cough, Offered ways to reduce spread. Medication was discussed. Took time to answer my questions.

This company is such a game changer when it comes to easily accessing care for your fur babies that’s convenient and affordable! I scheduled an appointment right away, my vet was super caring and nice, and the whole Dutch team worked with me to make sure my cat got what she needed. Definitely would recommend this company, 10/10!

Responsive and committed vet. Followed through on all promised action and followed up with me. Cared for my pet and listened to my concerns. It was a seamless process.
