The doctor for our first call never showed up. The 2nd day Sunday, the doctor was there and was helpful and informative. Unfortunately the meds she prescribed for my cat haven’t arrived and it’s Thursday afternoon and still no meds. I paid for them and for expedited shipping. We ended up having to take the cat to an in person vet anyway. So now I’m out the monthly fee, the in person vet bill and I’ve paid for the same meds twice. I’d suggest just going to the vet. You’ll save yourself money in the long run.

I really don’t know what to say other than I am highly upset!! I’m on a fixed income and this company has now cost my light bill to be rejected due to 3 $25 payments taken out of my bank account!!!! The latest was my account was canceled then took the $25 out!! This needs corrected immediately! If this is not corrected I will have to take further action. In this day and age we the elderly and disabled are hurting economically anyway. Now I’m facing having my electricity cut off? Come on please!!

Hi my cat was seen by Dr. Jennifer Lesser and she was great when we first booked the appointment we were very unsure that she was going to be able to help our kitty he had such a bad allergic reaction to something . I wasn't sure what happened to him well she took a look at him and seemed very sure that it was an allergic reaction and percribed him some meds well she explained to us how to give him the meds and did exactly what she said to when the meds came in we gave it to him and he instantly started to heal by the third day our cat was almost 100% better the bad irritation on the base of his ears is now practically healed I'm completely amazed thank you so much 😊

Excellent experience. Writing this review in an attempt to make sure the business continues to operate. It saved us a TON of money, the vet was very responsive to my input and prescribed the medications (antibiotic oral and optic ) in 10 min. Dr Payne was great. If you don't have an emergency, its a great experience. Saved time and money and will continue to support

About a year and half ago I took in an older chihuahua with a sad history. Her troubled past made it incredibly difficult to integrate her with my other chihuahuas. She was terrified of everything except for me and a few other people. She would need to be crated while another one of my chihuahuas was roaming, vice versa — to prevent any spats between the two. Taking her to the vet was even difficult as they requested that she be muzzled after only one visit. Getting her anxiety under control was everything. We have been Dutch customers for about a year. Dutch has been so great from the start because it eliminated another difficult visit to the vet while working on her behaviors. She now runs freely with all the other pups with minimal issues. She is the sweetest little dog, even behaves better at the vet! I don’t know if we would have made these strides this quickly without being Dutch customers.

Chesney and I loved our Dutch experience. It was easy, convenient and with my work schedule I missed no time from work getting my boy what he needed to start feeling better!

I highly recommend Dutch! I was not able to get into a local vet and my puppy had an ear problem. My baby was able to be seen and helped immediately! The medication was shipped so quickly, and my pup feels better!
