Do not do it
This was a very alarming and stressful experience. My dog, Belle, has an ear infection. She’s 10 and I’ve had her that whole time, so I know what ear infections look like. I made an appointment through Dutch hoping that it would be quicker than trying to get an in person appointment with the vet shortage in the industry. I have never been more wrong. We had our appointment a week ago and the website says that the medication will be processed and shipped the next business day. It has been several business days and I have only gotten cookie-cutter responses from the company and have been unable to get any updates on her medication that she obviously needs. Their website and the vet that prescribe the medication did not indicate that the wait time would be so substantial especially for some thing like an infection. There are no updates or communication from the company. And I would not recommend it. Phone number is out of service and does not work. And aside from what seem to be automatic emails that I am getting back, I think this may have turned out to be a scam. Edit: august 2023 My medication shipped after I posted this review and filed a dispute with my credit card company. Regardless, the financial investment I made was only $20-$40 cheaper than an in person vet. If I could go back and do it again, I would have gone to the urgent care vet rather than put my dog through a week of suffering waiting for medication. This was not worth it and I do not recommend it. One of the medications went to a different address and I had to order that product from Chewy. I do not recommend this service.
