They make it hard to cancel. There is no way to cancel on their website even though they have instructions to do so. I also can't delete my own debit card from their site. Also I signed up for a Vet appoint for simple Carprofen (dog ibuprofen) that my old dog is already prescribed... their tele Vet only allowed one months supply and told me to take him to a Vet.

So frustrated with this experience. My dog has a UTI and needs antibiotics, the vet was kind and easy to talk to but getting the prescription has been awful. Customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful and my dog is still in pain and I am out $60 so far.

My dog is terrified of going to the vet so doing it online was a huge relief first of all. Secondly, there was a small miscommunication with his prescription getting delivered but it was immediately fixed and overnighted to me so he could begin his meds. Lastly, I will be using them again because in comparison to a regular vet bill, Dutch is actually doable as a single mom of teens and 4 rescue animals!

Up to five pets per membership with unlimited vet telemedicine visits. I got my dogs meds at Walmart prices sent directly to me.

Keep getting charge and have not been able to use said services. My book appt only takes me to the payment page. Customer service is text only and takes days for a reply. This is a scam as far as I can tell.

I signed up for a virtual visit for my cat dealing with a UTI while we were moving and couldn't access my regular vet. The vet consultation was great and professional and helped me get the medicine she needed. After more urinalysis, we discovered she had the 'crystals' and needed prescription food, to which I ordered through this company. The package never arrived, and I also never got a tracking number (even though I ordered express shipping). Customer service is an absolute nightmare. It took almost a WEEK for them to respond to me. If I wasn't proactive, they would've absolutely let my request fall through the cracks. They did eventually get the package to me, but I had the same problem again next month. Again, I reached out A WEEK AGO, they responded whether I would like to resend the package or a refund to which I responded I would like the package resent. They never responded to this email, and I still do not have cat food. I've emailed them thrice since this response, and still nothing. Luckily, you can just order the prescription food on Amazon without a vet prescription, which is what I ended up doing so that my cat could have her food. Since they're impossible to get in touch with, I'm going to file a claim with my credit card company. I would not recommend using their business unfortunately. I really wanted them to succeed since vet-telemedicine I think is a valuable service, but this company failed to deliver on multiple accounts :/

My Dreamer is a blue brindle terrier mix and has sever allergies to bug bites and ended up with a secondary infection. I broke my back and could not physically take her to a vet because since my accident, she has not been socialized and is a bit aggressive now since no one came to visit. I found out that most sites that have online vets don't prescribe meds. I asked Google who does and found Dutch. Dutch was a literal life saver for my dog. My vet is awesome and is working with me to get my girl all better and then we're going to figure out what causes it to hopefully prevent them in the future. The only issue is they're pharmacy is slow BUT if it's antibiotic or something that is also prescribed to humans they can call it into a Walgreens. If you don't have a Walgreens, call your local pharmacy and I bet they'll do it. Chewy and Banfield will not fill them and I say shame on them, I'll never sign up for a company that won't fill another vets prescription without a membership. If your that hard up for money just charge more for the script but at least give the poor animal a chance to live. What kind of monsters are they? But Dutch, thank you so much for being a great online vet membership. I love being able to make an appointment anytime I need to or just message my vet, it's awesome.
