I am beyond disappointed my dog has a terrible ear infection. Ordered my medication they canceled it and never even told me. Emailed them they said I need to approve the treatment plan let alone there's no where for me to approve it. So beyond frustrated. Found out after reading these reviews that this has happened to multiple people. Be careful as this is a scam!

I think a lot of these negative reviews are from people who are expecting Emergency Vet level care from an online consultation. Dr. Fleming was amazing. My cat had conjuntivitis and my regular vet couldnt see him for 3 weeks. She was able to prescribe meds and called them in to my local Walgreens within an hour. This service is not for emergencies, or severe illness or injury. Its for minor things that occur that you would take your pet to the vet for. Fantastic experience. I have an appointment for followup with my regular vet in 3 weeks.

Dutch is a great service. My dog suffers from skin allergies and ear infections regularly. The office visit fee at the vet is ridiculous, especially when you have to go often. I am thrilled with the service Dutch provides! It's easy, convenient and I can have both of my dogs on the same account without paying an extra fee. The medicine was filled and I had it in 4 days. They even match prices. The Dr really listened to my input as who knows my pet better than me! I really appreciated that he took the time to listen. That doesn't happen much today. He may have the knowledge and education that I don't have but I'm with my dog every day and having a vet that understands that is important to me. Dutch gets a 5 out of 5 from me!

This is a scam site. The Vets dispense homeopathic meds found on Youtube videos. I had a consultation for my dog with collapse trachea at 8:40am , as of 6:00pm my dog is choking for air and meds never prescribed. Call site and they are closed until Monday. The License Vet just graduated and working for Scam site until their license is revoked. I filed a complaint with Florida State about this company. No one wants the shady abuse of this company.

I like that the cost is very inexpensive to have coverage for multiple animals for a year. I did not like how the vet could not see that I had already ordered a chosen flea med and wanted them to approve it and the pharmacy to ship it out. Instead the vet prescribed something different. The pharmacy canceled my order. Then I wrote the vet again to ask why I couldn't have the flea meds I ordered and they said I could and they would approve it now. The CSR wrote yesterday to tell me the order shipped and gave me a tracking number. When I put the tracking number into UPS it doesn't register. It has not shipped. I feel like some improvements are needed in the process. If I can't order until I have the meeting, let's not let me order before the call. Then it wasn't recognized that I had 2 calls for both my dogs. I kept getting emails telling me I needed to have a call to get the meds. Very frustrating. I'm out over $300 now for the annual amount and the meds. And the order receipts do not make sense at all.

Love this service! It literally saved me hundreds, and the meds were reasonably priced. I highly recommend. It was so simple and easy. And $90 for a year? You can't beat that!
