Total BS company. They have no availability on RX vet appointments yet they advertise to have them at any time for any problem. You can have a non RX vet appointment sure. But what is the point of that? Don't waste your money.

I honestly wish we didn't have to leave 1 star. Dutch is borderline communist, they only can prescribe medications in certain states. They do NOT tell you this when you are signing up. They are not licensed in every state. I am in Michigan, out $35 because I was tricked into thinking they could help. Please be careful, if you are in my state you are paying for advice. They can not prescribe medications.

This company is a game changer for our family. So convenient and reasonably priced. I have saved considerably more than I have spent with a membership. I appreciate the availability of the Veterinarians. I can schedule an appt. & Be seen usually in under 24 hrs. That's great. Team members are easily accessable thru email, txt, or phone call. I have no complaints. All praise for this company Dutch. I love it! Anne Bawolski

Although the two vets we talked to are nice and competent, the experience with medication shipment haas being dismal 1) after 10 days still no sign of the meds and no way to get an update on the med location - it says the address was incorrect 2) good luck contacting Dutch - no phone customer service in order to cut cost basically you are on your own i could not recommend to use their prescription delivery service

It was honestly quick and painless. The tracking of meds was a bit difficult, but the communication was easy.

I really appreciate the care I have received from Dutch. I like the Vet I have spoke to on many occasions. She helped me through the final days of my elder dogs life. My younger dogs both weigh close to 100 pounds, and don’t like going to the Vet. The dogs don’t even know they are being seen by the Vet, so there is no stress to them or me. The dogs are in there natural environment and so the Vet gets a clearer picture of there behavior.
