I didnt have to take time off from work and I got to talk to a real vet. I have taken my pet to the vet in the past for the same reason and it cost me $2200, at Dutch it cost me less than $100. They are very helpful, certified vets . The vet my pet had an appointment with through Dutch was very friendly and asked a lot of questions to make sure she was treating him for the right reason. I got his medicine just a few days from thier pharmacy and his ear infection has cleared up and he is doing great. I would recommend Dutch to anyone that has a dog or a cat, they are quick and friendly.

If I could give zero stars I would. Biggest scam company I've ever wasted my money on. I joined because I needed bravecto for my dogs and couldn't get in to see a vet for weeks and it was urgent as they had fleas. I paid $92 for the subscription for the vet services and then paid $200 for 3 orders of bravecto for my 3 dogs. As well as purchasing rushed shipping. They sent only 1 so I asked that the others be sent asap for my 2 other dogs then they charged me for 3 orders of bravecto for a 9lb dog. My dogs are 72lbs and two of them are 95lbs. It's very clear on my order and their profile. Then they charged me again $86 to Replace one of the orders that I hadn't received. Why am I being charged to replace an order that was never sent to me that I already paid for. So now I paid for an item TWICE and haven't even received it once. This company is a scam, their customer service is beyond incompetent. They'll tell you they're refunding you but they won't so now I have to file a dispute with my bank and change my card info so these scam artists don't charge me anymore. So NOT fall for this bs scam

I loved that we didn't have to stress out dog or cat by taking them in the car to a vet. The Dr could look at your pet and treat them with the antibiotic that they needed. They're doing so much better and will be using them again and again when needed.

I had an urgent situation with my dog, who was experiencing panic attacks at night for about eight consecutive nights, leaving both of us without sleep. I reached out to Dutch and got a membership to benefit from their quick response time for vet appointments. They connected me to a vet within 50 minutes! We received a prescription, and the vet understood the urgency of the situation. However, their website is poorly designed, requiring several unusual steps to find tracking information. They falsely advertise that medications will be delivered in one day after RX approval, which is absolutely incorrect! Beware! If you want to get the urgent shipping it will cost you +$75, and who knows when you actually receive it to your door. Now, five days have passed since I placed my order, and I still have no tracking information. I discovered that their policy is to ship the medication in one day after approval, but this is false advisement as you can have the reference from my experience. My medication isn't even in transit yet. Once the package is accepted by the carrier, it takes another 5-7 or more days to arrive. Imagine being in an urgent situation and relying on these guys, who promise help but fail to deliver that while you hopelessly wait for a possible solutions. I am canceling my membership and writing more reviews to inform others about this misleading service. Update: Correct that the manager reached out to me, however still a FALSE information again and again! They promised me when I was ordering the “regular” shipping it was stating as I’ll receive it on Thursday which was within 4 days of my order technically, and nothing arrived, nothing even has been shipped, no tracking information yet though they promised that it will arrive yesterday(within 4 days). Oh one more thing is that this was already making me upset that it will arrive in 4 days since their first advisement is promising within one day! Manager is still giving a FALSE information in here, beware, because they offered at the check out as $75 extra for an over night shipping. At the end, if I knew this would happen, I would only use the vet service that Dutch was offering, and that was very prompt and I appreciate it, but I think you guys need to just stick with that, and not include the pharmacy option because you are just trying to make a profit out of people’s sufferings while promising falsely and make us wait hopelessly. Do you need to wait for +7 days for your medication to arrive? I think there are way more better pharmacy options out there for you to try with a small over night fee, I wouldn’t recommend this place to rely on a medication. All the best.

This is the best thing for any pet parent! I have a 13yo Morkie, and I’ve used the service several times since signing up earlier this year. All of my questions or concerns are promptly addressed, and Panda has been in great care with the team at Dutch. The doctors are all very knowledgeable and informative, and my little guy has been thriving ever since. It takes all the guess work out of caring for his health (no more Googling random symptoms and unnecessary freak outs!), and responses are nearly immediate, I no longer have to wait days for appointment availability at local vet. Big shout out to Dr. Abel Gonzalez, the most kind and helpful doctor who genuinely cares about Panda’s needs. Appt availability are generally next day, I’ve made about 6 in the last 5 months, and every doc has been prompt and professional at each appointment. I get all my prescriptions filled easily, Panda needs Tacrolimus from a specialized sterile compounding pharmacy, they were able to call that in for my online orders. I was also able to fill his anxiety meds locally at Walmart, the turnaround time is about 1- 2 days. The subscription is an incredible value for the level of service, I would 100% recommend this to everyone!

My dog had kennel cough which I didn’t realize until Friday at 5 PM and my vet was out on vacation until the following week. Instead of paying a fortune to see an emergency vet, Dutch saved the day! They were able to evaluate my dog and send a prescription to Costco So that I would not have to wait for delivery which could take up to a week. Was wonderful and not only took care of my pet but saved me a lot of money in the process. This is an amazing option for pet owners!

Dutch is a WONDERFUL thing to have if you have multiple pets! We have multiple cats and they have been amazing for any times our cats have had any tummy issues, when the cat herpes flares up for 2 of them, and just any issue that may arise! (We had a rescue that needed treatment for ring worm and they were wonderful treating that!). Each veterinarian I have spoke with, and I have done many video calls, has been wonderful and very knowledgeable and helpful! I love that they have appointments all times of the day! It is such a convenient and very affordable veterinarian service! We always get medications within about 5 days and they always price match!!! I am always recommending Dutch to friends and family, so we definitely recommend them to everyone else too!!!
