What happen to me..I join dutch $35 monthly..so I order my dog medication and now they took out $132 for the hole years that I didn't requested..now am trying to call or email n no one is responding at all..if they don't respond I going to dispute it from my credit card n they will lose...send my $132 back

Love this service! Love that I can schedule same day calls especially the late night and weekends. Dr. Weckel is very caring, knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. She was very helpful several times with my pet and her follow up is great also. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Finally, a way to do low anxiety vet appointments! I was looking for mainly quick availability but really enjoyed the convenience. She spend the same amount of time with Amy - without having to wait days for an appointment, drive, animal anxiety and waittime! Thorough, very nice and so informative and supportive, the best vet I've "been to" yet!

I was hoping this would be a helpful way to get my dogs medicine but it has been a massive let dow. I had the vet video call back in July. It is now August and my dog has not recieved any of his meds that have been prescribed to him. You can’t call, you can only text or send email. And the responses are days after and it sometimes they are automated! I would not recommend this company for anyone’s pet.

I’ve been using Dutch for about a year now. I was on a monthly membership plan but switched to annual. I like the convenience as it’s easy to book a next-day virtual appointment for a consult with an accredited vet rather than driving down to the nearest vet and waiting for hours to be seen. Dutch also has convenient 10-min appointments that do not cost anything, other than the monthly / annual membership fees. They also ship meds to your door and they are very reasonably priced. This is also a useful service for getting prescription strength flea and tick prevention treatments. Most in person vet clinics up-charge in order to dispense these treatments in clinics and unless you specifically request to forward the prescription to a pharmacy of choice, they generally do not do it. Then there’s the hassle of requesting the pharmacy to dispense and ship it to your house, which I find to be a longer process. I’m all about convenience and getting quality results with less wait time. If you’re a morning person like me, and do not have time to take your pet to an in person appointment because you work during normal business hours, you can get away with a 10-min video call with the pet, which works if an in-person examination is not required. I highly recommend this service to all my friends who are pet parents.

I have feral cats that are difficult to handle. Having this service has been extremely helpful. I've used this service twice and my cats have done well. Highly recommend Dutch.

My cat had an eye infection. The vet I spoke to stopped replying to my messages even though I messaged her the minute it got worse. The medication delivery was then delayed even after I paid a $25 premium to overnight it. I had to take my cat to the emergency vet and ended up spending $400. Their customer service didn’t reply to me until TWO days after that ER trip. Their phone like is disconnected. This was a preventable emergency. They don’t ship medications out on weekends, they charge you to transfer the scripts to other pharmacies, their medications are more expensive than Chewy and their customer service doesn’t give a damn. We were in the pet ER for two hours while my cat meowed in pain. Don’t use it, just take your pet to the vet and save both of you some grief. 09/12/2024 UPDATE Aw yes so kind of you to want to know what happened. You know what happened, and then you had a very nice woman called Ariel call me and pretend to care and had me send her my emergency vet bills to "show to her supervisor" and "ask to see if they might cover some of it" - then she stopped replying to me, I never heard from her again, and they closed my complaint with the BBB. No.
