Dr. Twila Booke could not have been better to work with. She was very friendly and highly professional; listening carefully and patiently to my pet Shepherd's allergy problem and offering various options for treatment. Importantly, the doctor also was mindful that I am a senior on a fixed income and needed to find options that were affordable as well as effective. I couldn't have been happier with my visit!

I just signed up for Dutch and it was very easy to use the website and sign up for a vet appointment. There were lots of appointment times to choose from that fit my schedule. The vet was very personable, listened to my concerns and followed through with what she said she was going to do pretty quickly after the appointment was over. It was a great experience and everything went smoothly.

The advertising is misleading. They can write prescriptions and help with your pets as long as it has been a previously diagnosed condition that was recently seen by an in person vet. This defeats the purpose of televet services. If the condition is new or hasn't been seen by an in person vet recently, they will tell you to go to an in person vet. Chewy has a free service that can do this, give advice when to go into a vet and when not to. The vets are limited by the laws in their state but the website doesn't state that.

This is the best service to pet owners! The veterinarian was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. He asked a lot of great questions and understood our concerns.

Well, I’ve only been to you one time so far, but everything was great. The Vet Was on time answered my questions. Told me what she felt that it was my Kylo’s issue with itching. The only downside to this is that it took forever for the medication to get here and you wanted $50 to express mail and fortunately that’s a little too much for this person once again the vet was wonderful Person

We have a dog that is so fear-reactive that our local vet has to sedate him for even the simplest appointments. We stopped going because it was putting too much stress on our 8-year-old dog. Dr. Martin was kind, compassionate and caring and helped find a treatment that would work for us at home for his ear infection. We are grateful to have avoided sedating our dog for an ear check.

Dutch offers an amazing service for pet parents. When your dog/cat is not feeling well, just make an appointment. The best part is, you NEVER HAVE TO LEAVE YOUR HOUSE!! I recently signed up for Dutch due to my dogs both having a possible ear infection/allergies. I was able to sign up and make an appointment within 1 hour. The vet was super friendly and knowledgeable. She knew what my dogs needed and wrote up the prescription. It was so easy! My dogs are now feeling great! I have already told so many friends of my great experience with Dutch! I hope they add other kinds of pets services soon... rabbits, birds, pigs, reptiles...!!!
