Exceeded Expectations
I have a lovable 14 year old cat diagnosed with PF (Pemphigus Foliaceus) who becomes highly stressed when placed in a carrier. Although she is a gentle lap cat, trying to get her into a carrier is a risk to life and limb. The last time, she lodged a claw into my arm. My former vet understood this and allowed me to continue refilling her medication without bringing her in every 6 months. Unfortunately he retired and sold his clinic. The new owner (new vet) would not llow the practice to continue. There is much more to this story, but the bottom line is I discovered Dutch through the Internet and must say my experience exceeded my expectations. Dr. Moore - the vet I had my Zoom call with - was professional and caring and took care of all my needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Dutch moving forward.
