Dr Martin was great! It was fast and easy to get an appointment and Dr Martin was kind, thorough, and easy to talk to about my cat's symptoms. She quickly provided a treatment plan to get Taylor back to health! I would highly recommend Dutch and Dr Khadijah Martin!

Fast, easy. convenient, and low cost
Fast, easy. convenient, and low cost alternative to in person pet care. Vet was knowledgeable and very helpful. Pharmacy through the app, which made the entire process smooth and seamless.

Great experience
The vet I saw was amazing. I have been spending hundreds to thousands at my dogs regular vet for allergy management and the follow up visits would be very far out. I found Dutch during a Google search trying to figure out other home remedies for my dog while waiting on a vet appointment and trying to avoid taking her to the ER. I decided to try since I felt so defeated in being able to help ease her symptoms. I was a little skeptical at first but had such an amazing call. The person I videoed with was so patient and understanding. Super professional and really knowledgeable about what my dog was going through. She gave me a clear treatment plan and went over it with me before we ended the call. Such a wonderful experience that definitely saved us not just money but also time and gas. So thankful for Dr. Allen!!

Disappointing
Fees for each prescription or transfer, vet has been unable to resolve any issue so far including ear infection and skin issue. Prices are not competitive and they "price match" but not for the kost common locations like Chewy that is cheaper and ships items that arrive within 1 to 3 days vs 2 weeks or more. Plus that doesn't include the $5 fee on top of the membership paid.

Everything is fast/easy to understand/friendly doctors
Everything is fast/easy to understand. The Dr. was very friendly and site is so easy to use. This site is a lifesaver. I am so glad it exists. For a fraction of the cost I am able to care for both my cats who got URI’s. So grateful as we are on a very limited budget.
