Telemedicine visit was excellent. I figured my little girl picked up a parasite at the dog park and I don’t think it warranted a full veterinary visit which would’ve cost a lot more money. We will of course follow up with the vet if needed, but it’s nice to know that we can get a telemedicine visit if needed for minor things.

It was my very first time using Dutch online vet for my Labrador golden retriever & the service I received was amazing professional & great service, I would recommend Dutch to anyone.

It is so easy considering my dog is very anxious going to the vet. This is perfect for little things that she doesn't have to stress over.

The entire interaction was incredibly smooth, I felt heard & listened to, as did Jasper our cat lol. The doc was incredibly kind & easy to talk it up with. The transaction was easily understood, all in all we got a virtual visit, prescriptions shipped, & honestly didn't even break $100. If you have multiple pets or just a little buddy with chronic medical conditions please at least give Dutch a shot!! I will be telling all my friends & fam about Dutch

The vet was pretty great and diagnosed my pup quickly and was friendly enough. Ordered the med and flea meds (several hundred dollars) and UPS delivered it to the wrong house. I reached out to Dutch and they legitimately responded that we should wait 2 days and then they would escalate the matter. 1) the package will certainly be gone from someone’s porch in 2 days 2) my dog needs this medication asap, which is why we used this service. I had to spend about an hour on the phone with UPS to have them get the driver to go back on his route, retrieve the package and deliver it to my house. If we had waited, that’s time my dog wouldn’t have her meds and Dutch (or UPS) would have had to pay for the replacement shipment (nobody wins). I received no compensation or consideration for my time and effort to resolve this issue on my own, after their customer service basically shrugged about it via email. Not sure this is a service we will continue. In response to Dutch attempting to mark my review as not genuine, I provided the additional information requested. Just because it is negative feedback (which you acknowledge did happen), does not mean it is somehow not legitimate and “potentially won’t be recognized as genuine.” I’m happy to provide order numbers, tracking numbers etc. This was my experience and as such, it belongs here. As far as making it right, I received an email apology yesterday but nothing by way of compensation for this matter.
