Dutch was absolutely amazing! My dog developed a son in serious rash all over and my vet could not get me in for three days. I signed up with Dutch in the morning and had an appointment by early evening. The veterinarian was absolutely amazing, very thorough, easy to talk to, and created a complete care plan for our dog. I am so pleased with the service that I am canceling my monthly paw plans for my doggos. We will just use the vet for issues that can’t be done over a telehealth visit. I highly recommend this service!

Discovering Dutch has been a wonderful experience. We care for feral cats and it is impossible to trap them for a Veterinarian appointment. Dutch made it possible for me to do Video calls with a licensed Veterinarian and my feral, to which they can diagnose and treat him. The Vet can prescribe medication from the Dutch site and it gets delivered right to my home. You can message the Vet anytime with questions or concerns and they get back to you promptly. You can also follow up with video calls with the Veterinarian for free. You have the option to ay a monthly fee or yearly. I opted for the promotional yearly fee which was approximately $132. They also have discount codes on some prescriptions. All in all, this has been a very pleasant experience, and I’m so happy that my ferals can be seen and treated via video chat. Dr. Krecic has been awesome. He is very caring and an excellent practitioner. So far, I am very happy with this service. Thank you!

I’ve had some good and bad experiences with Dutch. But for the last several months Dr. McCloskey has been amazing and so helpful with Sadie. Very apply with our new veterinarian!

I’m really disappointed with my experience using Dutch. I was only able to access the app on the first day—and after that, I was completely locked out. I missed critical follow-up information from my veterinarian and had no way to understand what they were trying to communicate about my pet’s care. Despite reaching out, the resolution offered was a prorated refund that amounted to less than 1% of the yearly fee I paid. That’s incredibly frustrating, especially since I couldn’t use the service at all beyond the first day. Unfortunately, I can't recommend Dutch based on this experience, and I hope they reconsider how they support customers who experience technical issues.

What made it the great experience is the vet that I had spoken with was very compassionate very understanding very helpful she was able to identify the problem right away and get me set on a course of action for Chloe.
