I’m so impressed with dutch.com. I needed to get my pet in to the vet and unfortunately everyone around us was booked solid. I turned to the Internet and come across dutch.com. It was easy to get on the site create an account and I was able to see the vet that day. Dr. Smith was a wonderful doctor. She explained everything that we needed to do to take care of our pet and help him get better. Explain the process of how to purchase the medication so that we could get in a timely manner. I’m so impressed with dutch.com that I’m thinking of changing my subscription from one month to a year for all four of my dogs. The one year subscription is less than what it cost to take your dog to the vet.

I love Dutch's vets since I've joined I've had nothing but great service!! All of the Veterinarians I've encountered are professional but, there's 1 that just goes beyond her duties and my pets and I just love her too pieces!! Shout Out To Dr Jett!

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Dutch and Dr. Armstrong, a veterinarian licensed in Idaho, who treated my dog via telemedicine. After our appointment, Dr. Armstrong prescribed medication. When I requested a copy of the prescription — not a pharmacy transfer, just a digital or written copy — I was denied multiple times by Dutch’s customer support. They claimed “telemedicine regulations” prevented them from providing it. That is false. I confirmed through legal and regulatory research that Idaho law, California law, and AVMA ethical standards all state that if a valid veterinarian-client-patient relationship (VCPR) is established (which it was), the client has the legal right to receive a copy of the prescription upon request. Dutch refused, hiding behind internal platform policy and misleading legal language. Even when I contacted Dr. Armstrong directly to clarify, the company continued to deny my request. I’ve now filed a formal complaint with the Idaho Board of Veterinary Medicine because this is not just bad service — it’s a potential ethics violation and a serious consumer rights issue. If you expect basic medical transparency or the ability to fill prescriptions independently, I would strongly caution you against using Dutch or working with Dr. Armstrong. Their policies are designed to limit your access and trap you within their closed system — even if it violates your legal rights.

Dr. Barrett was so kind and patient. She seemed to genuinely care about Bubbles. I highly recommend her : ) This review is specifically for Dr. Barrett.

Dr. Hyre was patient and personable. She listened carefully to our concerns. She explained the treatment for our aging dog very well and we feel comfortable reaching out to her as we move forward.
