Great vets who truly care .
Dr. Bianchessi goes the extra mile to make sure all options are available without added pressure to chose one over the other one. She explains thoroughly every option and leaves the final decision up to you. She truly cares for your fur baby and makes sure it feels better as soon as possible. Second time seeing her and she's been great always.

Terrible customer service
The veterinarians are great so I gave two stars. Customer service is horrible. The vet ordered treatment for an acute problem. It's twelve days after seeing the vet and paying for the meds and I still have no meds. You can't speak with anyone in customer service. You are told to text and get no response. When I did get a response after ten days I was told to wait another two days. Clearly the company does not care about animals. What good is seeing the vet if you can't get the treatment.

Unfortunately, your original order was lost in transit, and once that was confirmed, we immediately worked to get a replacement order sent out to avoid further delays in care. We completely understand how concerning it is to wait for treatment when your pet has an urgent issue. As a gesture of apology for the delay, we also issued a $20 store credit to your account. While that doesn’t undo the inconvenience, we hope it reflects our commitment to making things right. We’re continuing to improve our processes to ensure faster resolutions in cases like this. Dr. Weckel
Dr. Weckel is just fabulous! Best vet experience I have ever had (which is pretty sad considering that my animals have been to MANY vets over the years). 5 stars to her!! Simply awesome!!!

Dog allergies
I joined on 6/24 and had an appointment by 6/26. Dr. Sacknof was on time for the call and very professional. She provided excellent options for treating 5 year old dog’s allergies regarding itching feet, ears, face during high pollen days. She identified that I was under dosing the OTC Zyrtec I was using and provided proper dosage. She also suggested and provided a prescription alternative of Apoquel. I received the prescription and ordered the meds within 2 hours of consultation. Meds are scheduled to arrive (SoCal) N!T 7/2 with regular (free) shipping. Paid 5$ pharmacy fee and cost of meds with option to auto-ship monthly. I am very pleased with my experience and will recommend.
