I never received the prescription…
I never received the prescription eyewash only the over the counter wash. . Even after contacting them several times. Did not get refund for it . Did not get refunded the expedited shipping . Had to take my pet the vet after waiting several days for the medicine they never sent

I can see you received only the over-the-counter wash and not the prescription eyewash, again, our apologies. We’re processing refunds for the undelivered prescription item and for the expedited shipping fee since your order was delayed. You’ll receive confirmation via email as soon as that’s completed. We’ve also contacted our pharmacy partner to ensure the prescription is either fulfilled immediately or canceled per your preference. My team will send you a direct message to confirm the best path forward and to verify your order details. Great veterinary service

I have five dogs in my home mostly…
I have five dogs in my home mostly bulldogs. They have a lot of standard health issues that come up throughout the year, ear infections, conditions that may require an antibiotic, etc. I love my vet in my hometown, and see them for very serious issues, but they are hard to get in for an appointment typically my home vet books 2 weeks out.. Dutch has become a savior in our house when we need medication quickly, we can see a vet pretty much any hour in the day I have had nothing but great experiences, the vets are very attentive and knowledgeable on the Zoom call I definitely use Dutch as a supplement to my in person veterinary care But I will never be without Dutch. That’s for sure.

I have a reactive dog with separation…
I have a reactive dog with separation anxiety, this was way easier than having to take him to the vet. She listened to my concerns and gave me some good advice, she prescribed him medicine to help with his separation issues. Definitely worth it. Wil continue.

Dutch has been a saving grace for my…
Dutch has been a saving grace for my family who’s moved to an area with little veterinary care. While we bring the kiddos in to the city once a year for their annuals and shots, and again for any physical injury assessments, Dutch has saved us hundreds of dollars with the unlimited visits and pharmacy online. Before, an appointment for updating Ozzy’s anxiety meds at the regular vet would be $200+, now with Dutch it’s just the cost of the script and yesterday it was $10. Very thankful to Dutch as we have four pets total and just a standard apt could cost thousands together
