Dutch is great! All the vets are extremely sweet and kind and they can help with almost any problem I have! I'm so happy I don't have to spend hundreds and thousands of dollars taking my frenchies to the in person vet when Dutch has pretty much everything we need!!

It was easy. Zoom worked great. Vet was on time so I wasn't left wondering if the contact was functioning properly. The content of the visit was efficient and clear. She understood my pet's needs and addressed them appropriately. Thankful for her assistance without leaving my home as my old girl does not like car travel.

Absolutely love the services Dutch provides. You can make appts for weekends, late night, early mornings! Very convenient way to get your pup fast treatment and get them feeling better!

Such a lifesaver for anyone with an anxious pup— my dog is on a daily long term medication, and doing an online visit to check in on her + get her refills was SO much easier on the both of us.

I like the ease and quickness of contacting a vet. But the inability to get the actual prescription so you can use it locally is problematic, particularly when your pet is in discomfort and you have to way3-4 days—even with selecting the extra $20 expedited shipping— to get your meds. I understand that the business model is to use their pharmacy, but when an antibiotic is needed, the passage of time is unsettling.

Gotta admit, I was close to joining at several points but .. backed off, and researched more each time. Eventually the positives prevailed against any negative. I still questioned if it was scammy or just one more useless offering once joined. Results: Took the leap. Super smooth experience to get signed up and connected. The doctor was punctual. The connection and clarity was excellent. My dog Zeus joined us in the meeting. The doctor was extremely patient and listened to all I had to say before responding with his thoughts. And he seemed well educated in his profession. Conclusion: Made the right choice, also bought the pet insurance for $10 per month which give me amazing peace of mind should anything expensive happen. It covers up to $10,000. and has a 10% deductible. THAT... I can handle. I would say... Opt in. It's a very good company.

This is an awesome service, it's so nice to be able to communicate with a vet, have an actual discussion about options etc. I got to spend more time talking with her than I would have in person at my local vet's office. I appreciate that she was very knowledgeable and she seemed to be more up to date on some research than my local vet's office. So much more cost effective and the convenience of doing in my own home is great!
