Convenient and affordable
I like the convenience of making an appointment online and being able to see the vet over a zoom call. He was very helpful and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. The savings are phenomenal as well. Even with rushed shipping of the medicine, it was considerably cheaper than just one visit to a local vet.

Piece of cake!

My cat had diarrhea they had him take…
My cat had diarrhea they had him take an antibiotic it didnt help and no more prescriptions. 2 other otc meds that made it much worse! They told me to take him to the vet! So I spent all the money for Dutch and the meds plus the vet and more meds! Im so frustrated I canceled my membership and have only used it once out 132.00 because stupid me did the annual and they dont refund anything back to you!

Our goal is always to provide effective, convenient care, but there are times when virtual medicine has limitations. If symptoms aren’t improving or are worsening, we may recommend an in-person visit so a veterinarian can perform a more thorough physical exam and run diagnostic tests that we’re not able to conduct virtually. This helps ensure your pet gets the most accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment as quickly as possible. That said, we’d absolutely like to look into your case further.
