I'm just getting started. New client

The Dutch doctors were wonderful: professional, caring, knowledgeable, and easy to work with online. Unfortunately, my two dogs seem to immune to any of the remedies offered for itching, scratching, and biting. I am still looking for help for them, but I am very appreciative to the doctors and the customer service reps. They, also, were very considerate. Definitely recommend.

It was relatively easy to accomplish the task and the result was very positive.

My vet was prompt, concise and prescribed the medication my dog needs from time to time without pushing for another “test” that always yields the same results. Plus, I didn’t have to drive 40 minutes each way! This is an excellent service model.

I've been with Dutch since 2023 and I am mostly pleased. All the vets have been exceptionally knowledgeable and kind. The pharmacy is also great and provide fast delivery right to my door. The communication system with the vets can lag sometimes. One time, I had a vet text/message me that they were ill and couldn't make our appointment. I waited 2 days for the appointment and was on hold waiting when the text came through. So, timely notification or a substitute would've been nice. That occurred twice unfortunately. But overall, they are good for the price!
