Michael, Thank you for your positive comments! However the star rating may not accurately reflect your experience. This is very important to our overall rating and would appreciate making the appropriate change.

Ripped me off oh yes they have a good rate up front. They get you on the weight at the end in my case $477.00 plus the $452 fee.I should have went with the trash haulers quote.
Response from Dumpsters.comAug 16, 2021
George, We’re very sorry this charge was unexpected. We would be happy to look into your order and provide documentation related to your specific overage. Please know this weight is measured in a state-regulated weighing process. Please contact us directly at [email protected].

Heather
If I could give negative stars, I would. The customer service at this place is horrendous. The dumpster was delivered 3 days late. I told the rep when I ordered the dumpster I HAD to be off the property by July 31st. I scheduled the pick up for the 30th. They failed to come pick up the dumpster until the 2nd. At this point I HAD to vacate the property and was no longer in the state. There was ILLEGAL dumping that occurred and over filled the bin. So I was charged with a $150 fee. After a week of calls, hiring someone to remove the additional trash, constant emails, requests for escalations, etc. I received ZERO callbacks from management. ZERO replies to my emails. I would get new bills and charges. My previous landlord is threatening me, withholding my deposit, and its been a week and the dumpster is STILL there with no indication of when it will be removed. I am so mad and disappointed. This company is incompetent. I strongly encourage folks to NEVER use this company under any circumstances. They are crooks.

Heather, We regret that your experience was not more positive. We sincerely apologize that the pick up window was not properly communicated and understand your frustrations.
Susan
The service was great. Only problem we had was the driver drug the dumpster and it dug ruts in the yard.
