Booking was easy and thoroughly explained and the customer service rep was very knowledgeable and organized. Dumpster was delivered and picked up without incident and the driver was very conscientious about placement. We were very pleased with the service and I would definitely recommend and use dumpsters.com in the future.

Seamless process from the time I called. I explained to Halie Koyk, the customer service rep what I was looking for and she offered a solution. She answered all my questions during my initial call and even provided me with a direct number to call contact her in the event I had any questions during the rental period. The dumpster was delivered and picked up on time which was very important due to the scope of work in which it was needed for. I will definitely be using this company again for my future needs.

I did not expect to have to clean a yard of dirt out of the dumpster itself but the driver was amazing and the operator made sure I knew everything up front and was very cordial

They billed my credit card $282 a month later. They said it was brought to their attention I had more than 4 tons. I only had shingles in my dumpster didn’t weight near 4 tons. Very outrage customer. I wouldn’t recommend a company who lies and steal. Maybe they got the dumpster I returned with somebody else dumpster.
