In all, my experience was good. A little mix up and confusion at first but Dumpsters .com fixed the problem right away. They gave me a good deal on the dumpster that I got. I would definitely use them again.

Dumpsters.com provided excellent service. It was super easy to book a rental. The drop off and pick up of our rental was easy and fast. The drivers know what they are doing and are very nice. I called customer service a couple of times and all the workers were very courteous and helpful each time I called with questions. I would highly recommend utilizing dumpsters.com for your clean outs and projects. They were also cheaper than other rentals I saw elsewhere.

Terrible....do not use this company at all. Got a dumpster on Feb.17,scheduled a pickup on Feb 18. I've placed 22 calls to this company since then to pick up the dumpster,and they have missed every single day. They were supposed to pickup yesterday and they did not. It's now March 10 and it's still sitting in the front yard. Unbelievable....

Ordered a dumpster from the sister company “Budget Dumpster”. Waited the entire 12 hour window. Nothing. Told there was some problem, then ordered from “Not Budget” Dumpsters.com. Exact same scenario. Delivery day was a non-delivery day. No call. Such a waste of time.
