Dumpsters.comReviews of dumpsters.com

We had a lot of stuff that needed hauled away. They were very helpful over the phone. Having the dumpster for 10 days was perfect. I was a little stunned by the price but to have all the junk hauled away at one time made it worth it!! If I ever needed a dumpster again I’d definitely use this one. Thank you!!!

They were fast on drop off and pick up and it was very helpful to clean up the area

The service was excellent, the price cannot be beaten. They dropped off container on scheduled time. If you follow their policy, you can't go wrong. Trust me, if you have a lot of items to get rid of, Dumpsters.com is the way to go.

Good service and will recommend!

On March 24, 2022 I called around for prices on a dumpster so I called dumpster .com from the Angi list for the best deal i card and tree lakes to Mark I told I needs 20 years dumpster wall in best I had a stove to put into the dumpster he told he had 20 yard walk in dumpster 2 tons for 10 days for $362 and He can have it delivered that day I told I need to call around he told if I called back by 11:00 he can guarantee I will be able to get the dumpster that day. Called him back like 1010 oh that day and I told him OK I’ll take the dumpster then he told me that it was a 10 ton instead of a 20 ton yeah he said I couldn’t get it until Friday I said would you tell me if I come back by 11 it would be a 2 ton and then I can get it today which is Thursday he said when I talk to the people I can’t give it to you till Friday I was like OK fine no problem OK then he called me back and told me that they couldn’t get it to it to meet Monday so I’m irritated but since I already paid the monies already came out of my account I was like OK to give it to me Monday so then when they drop it off Monday I can’t get the door open I can’t get the dumpster door open so I called I called and I emailed and they told me what to do I did everything they said I still can get the door open so when sent la guy out he had a steel pro bar and he had to open it that way to reason why he said I can open it because it was bent so we opened it OK that’s fine so I got email stating they were picking up the dumpster on April 4 I email And called when I called on April 1 and told the lady everything that happen she stated they will extend my time to April 9 at no extra cost.I said ok then April 4 they took additional $50 out of my bank account for extended my service two days.so I called them while I was talking to them they was outside picking up the dumpster. Told him they were not suppose to pick up the dumpster until April 9 he called his dispatcher and he left the dumpster which means he had to take back off the truck . I am talking to the lady at dumpster.com telling to me to tell him to leave the dumpster. I asked about the $50 they took Out my account she stated she will have a supervisor to call Me still have not heard anything. Form them. She told she can see email where I was told I will it be charged more money but there is nothing she can do about it I am so Frustrated and upset then I use Angi list so I that there would not any problems. I know I will not use them again because they lie Me not to take the dumpster He called his dispatcher O them then on April 3 I got a email saying that they are picking up the dumpster on April 4 so I respond another email stating you guys are not suppose to pick it up I have 10 days.I called on April 1 and told them how can pick up the dumpster on April 4 that is not 10 day and I told her when I and 10 days from March 29 is not April 4.so This morning April 4 they took $50 from March 29 April 4 that’s not 10 days so I’m on the phone with the lady and I’m saying OK stop I called and talk to mark he told it was 10 day rental 20 yard dumpster 2 tons dumpster @$362 I told him a need a dumpster we’re you can all in it bro assim have a stove to put in it

Very easy to order and pick up.

The dumpster was delivered on time, met my needs and was removed upon request. No problems at all.
