The drive who delivered the dumpster was AWSOME. So careful with dropping of and picking up the loaded dumpster. He had full command of his truck and the dumpster, extremely impressive. ZERO damage, or any kind of mark on our vast colored concrete driveway. The dumpster was freshly painted and clean. The drop-off was fast, and prices were very reasonable. Pick up was a bit tardy, but of all the things listed this was the least important (I had other construction trucks coming in, so a bit of an inconvenience.

My Dumpster was NOT Removed multiple days after it was contractually agreed upon. Customer service representatives are polite until they are presented with a situation where they have to do more work than answer one phone call. I lost about a week worth of work, not being able to use my own Driveway, and this company did nothing but shrug their shoulders when I would call them to ask why it had not been removed, per our contract. They obviously do not care what contract they had with me. I can only imagine how many other customers they have done this to. ON TOP OF THIS...we had tons of rain days after the dumpster should have been removed, AND they charged me for an overage fee. Adding insult to injury. I would recommend that NOBODY use this company for their dumpster needs. There are plenty of other choices I'm sure out there. Save yourself the headaches and avoid Dumpster Rental Enterprises LLC, unless you want to be at their mercy and have a similar experience that I recently had.

Dear Michael, We are truly sorry to hear about your recent experience with our company. It is clear from your feedback that we fell short of the high standards we set for ourselves in terms of service and customer satisfaction. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused by the delay in removing the dumpster from your driveway, especially as it impacted your work and daily life. Your situation deserved better handling, and we regret that our customer service did not meet your expectations when you reached out for assistance. We take full responsibility for the oversight and understand the frustration of facing an overage charge after such an experience. We aim to be transparent in our dealings and are concerned to hear that this situation added to your dissatisfaction. We are committed to learning from this incident to improve our processes and prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. As part of our commitment to our customers, we would like to investigate this matter further and work with you to make things right. Please contact us directly at your earliest convenience, so we can discuss a satisfactory resolution and address any outstanding concerns you may have.
