Dear Mercedes, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We truly apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the delayed billing of the overage fee. We understand how disruptive it can be to receive unexpected charges months after a completed job, and we agree that this was far from ideal. The delay in billing occurred due to an oversight by our waste management partner, and while this was outside our immediate control, we take full responsibility for ensuring that every aspect of our service meets our customers’ expectations. Your feedback highlighted areas where we can improve both our communication and our billing practices, and we have taken steps to address these internally to avoid any similar issues in the future. We’re glad that our team was able to resolve this matter to your satisfaction by fully waiving the additional charges. Our aim is always to be responsive, transparent, and fair, and we appreciate your patience while we worked through this matter. Your feedback about your initial interaction with our team is also invaluable, and we are using it to further enhance our training and customer service standards. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and for allowing us the opportunity to resolve it. If there is anything more we can do, please feel free to reach out directly. We appreciate your understanding and hope to serve you better in the future. Warm regards, Cinthya Anydersi Salas Ortiz Customer Service Manager Dumpster Rental Enterprises LLC
