I placed an order for a 25yard dumpster on Monday the 31st. So it could get delivered on Tuesday the 1st. Dumpster never got delivered. I called Wednesday to get an update they called and said that they would deliver it around 11am-1230pm. Dumpster never arrived. I called today Thursday and they stated they had delivered, In which it was not delivered it. They then advised they would call me back to check on the status.. I received a call back stating that they were having trouble delivering a 25yard and they could drop off a 20 instead of what I paid for. The communication was horrible, I had to wait 3days for them to tell me that was not available.

Hello Genesis, I can't begin to express how disappointed I am to hear about your experience. This is absolutely not the standard we set at Dumpster Enterprises, and I take full responsibility for what happened. Clear communication and timely service are two of our core values, and our team not providing you with the delivery you needed and accurate updates is unacceptable. Full stop. We had a series of unexpected setbacks — our original driver had a death in the family, and the backup driver fell ill. While we tried to coordinate with a third party to get a 20-yard dumpster delivered in the meantime, we understand that wasn’t what you ordered or paid for. None of that excuses the poor communication or the delay in getting you a clear answer. That’s on us. I want you to know we’re actively changing our internal processes to make sure something like this never happens again. If you’re open to it, I’d really like the chance to make this right. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll make sure your message gets to me directly. Thank you for holding us accountable — it helps us build a better, more reliable company. – Ian Hecht Owner, Dumpster Enterprises
