Hi Sonia, I’m really sorry to hear about your experience, and I appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. We aim to make every rental quick and reliable, and it’s clear we fell short here. We do our best to schedule timely pickups, but unfortunately, delays can happen—especially during the busiest summer months or dispatch is backed up. That said, five days is far from our standard, and I understand how frustrating that must have been. Regarding the overweight charge: we only apply those fees if the disposal facility provides a certified weight ticket showing the dumpster exceeded the included tonnage. This weight ticket was attached to your invoice, but I’d be happy to send a copy of that ticket to you directly. We never want customers to feel like they’re being charged unfairly. Please reach out to me at [email protected] so we can make this right. We value your business and hope for a chance to earn back your trust.
