Hi Lenore, We’re sorry to hear about your frustration. In this case, the dumpster delivered was the exact size ordered, but your contractor later determined a larger container was needed. We offered options outlined in the contract: either keep and use the dumpster so your money wouldn’t go to waste, or have us pick it up with the standard trip fee. We understand this wasn’t the outcome you hoped for, and we appreciate the feedback. Our goal is always to be clear and fair with every customer, and we’ll continue working hard to deliver on that. Hi there, Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you feel the service was expensive. Our pricing includes delivery, pickup, disposal fees, and guaranteed service, which can sometimes make us appear higher than a local hauler, but many customers choose us for the reliability and support we provide throughout the rental. Your order is still active and scheduled for pickup as planned, and we didn’t hear of any issues during your rental. If you’d like, we’d be happy to review your order in more detail with you and see if there’s anything we can do to make this a better experience. Please feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected], or via phone at 844-888-3867. We appreciate you giving us the chance to serve you.
