Hi Efrain, I’m very sorry for the poor experience and your frustration here is completely valid. Originally, your two dumpster swaps were scheduled for September 24 and 25. When you called on the 22nd asking to move both to the next day (the 23rd), we worked quickly to rearrange dispatch and accommodate the request on short notice. Unfortunately, only one dumpster made it out that morning. The second was delayed despite being scheduled, and I understand how disruptive that was to your timeline. While we can’t guarantee exact delivery times—as stated in the service agreement—we always aim to keep customers informed. In this case, our team dropped the ball on timely updates, and I sincerely apologize for the communication issues you ran into while trying to get answers. We’ve already canceled the second swap and are processing a refund via a workaround, since partial refunds weren’t possible through the original transaction.
