Delivery of dumpster was great and pick…
Delivery of dumpster was great and pick up was great. Had no issues other than if I had called Delivery Dumpsters direct at 805-212-9746 you can save about $200.00. I used the "dumpster broker" which pockets the money for making the reservation. Wish I had know that in advance.

Hi Mark, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that the delivery and pickup both went smoothly and that the local provider met your expectations. We’re sorry to learn about your frustration regarding pricing. Dumpster Rental Enterprises operates as a nationwide brokerage, which means we coordinate service through licensed, insured local haulers and handle scheduling, billing, customer support, and issue resolution on your behalf. As a broker, we also offer several advantages over working with a single local hauler, including an expanded nationwide service area, seamless problem-solving if a hauler has a truck down or is sold out of a size, and the ability to quickly coordinate an alternative delivery without any extra effort from the customer. Our pricing reflects not only the local haul rate but also the convenience, administrative support, service guarantees, and superior customer service we provide. We are proud to be one of the highest-rated companies in the industry due to our fast call answer times, friendly service, transparent billing, and proactive ETA updates. That said, we completely understand your disappointment in discovering a lower direct rate afterward, and we regret that this wasn’t clearer upfront. Transparency is very important to us, and your feedback helps us improve how we explain our role and pricing structure to future customers. If you ever need another rental, we’d truly appreciate the opportunity to assist you again and see if we can better meet your expectations on pricing and value.
