I ordered a jacket and was told it had shipped out and was even given a tracking number. The item never came so I called about two and a half weeks later. They told me the item was out of stock and the only item in stock was a different color and the price difference was about 40 dollars more. I refused that offer so I was given my money back. However, they didn't give me a full refund for some reason. I paid 39.99 plus tax and they refunded me 35. Very dissatisfied.

I like their products for the most part but the ordering experience is terrible. Their customer service people continued to make excuses when the whole problem was them cancelling an order of a gift card saying they were “out of stock” Hmmmm I don’t think so!

I have to jump on the bandwagon with a poor rating. They used to be decent, I would buy on the 40% sale and end up with some decent clothes, most of which are still usable 4-5 years later. Unfortunately with the best-made and 40 grit lines, they have way overpriced items and made the 40grit stuff carhartt like, kind of selling brand over quality. Their old stuff had no logo, was nice ripstop button-up stuff. I really liked their armachillo stuff. All discontinued for walmart style dress shirts and low quality "work" clothes. If they brought back some of the old lines and the quality, I would go back. For now it's realtree and redhead stuff. At least that way you get what you pay for, a 20 dollar shirt for 20 bucks vs a 20 dollar shirt for 80.

Ordered the untucked mens shirt in size large however is extremely big and definitely too long. Very surprised and disappointed. I have other stores untucked shirts that do not fit like this one.

It's all Bull-...! $150 shoes, 2weeks out of warranty. Stitching starting to let go. No coverage! Over the years I was ok paying 10-25% more with a true no Bull warranty. But it's gone and I'm done with the Bull-...! I will take my business elsewhere.

My fire hose pants were fine until I washed them a couple times. Now they a pretty much unwearable. Got a brochure for the rest of there products and not a single one was made in the USA. Not even down to the smallest stuff in the back like belts and shaving apparel. Kind of made me mad to find this out, especially when they misguide with there commercials of this rugged American logger type guy. Disappointed.

I purchased mens' under shirts from here because of their generous return policy. The return policy doesn't mean much, however, since the clothes are such poor quality. The stitching either started unraveling or holes appeared in the shirts within a month of purchasing. I sent them back and received a new batch for free, but a few weeks later more holes started appearing (in the old shirts or the new? who knows). At this point, I don't want to go through the whole return/customer service process once more and simply won't be purchasing again.
