Placed an order that was charged 3 times. Customer service was a joke and I was told to contact my bank because everything was corrected on their end. They charged the initial purchase price twice. Then 2 additional charges happened, for which they said the order was broken up into 2 parts, and that first charge was just a hold while they charged it again. One of the charges has since dropped, but the other is still there. Borderline fraud....

Returns are expensive. Shipping is incredibly slow even if a large order. Stores can have a shirt for $70 that is on sale online for $31-$41. Refunds can take months. Another example of a great company until the founders sell out to some corporate behemoth. Quality and stitching is very very good. But they could massively improve customer relations. An order I made is still not here after 10 days. Free shipping, but when? Tip for consumers: Don’t buy from a store. It may be half price online. Sneaky sales tactics. Refunds can take months. Terrible Products! Bought 3 pairs 18 months ago at $30 each and elastic all stretched out! Have 32 waist and they are falling off! Called Company and they said nothing they can do because it’s past 12 month warranty. RIDICULOUS! DONT BUY!

Ordered clothing July 4. Get message shipped July 6. Was told via email would be arriving July 8. Then July 12. I called July 13, was told July 15 by 5 pm or a new order would be sent. Today I get an email that my order was burned in a truck crash. When I called, was told all orders shipped June 29 thru July 2 had been burned in a truck, I pointed out my order was sent July 4. While talking with the rep I looked up reviews on service from Duluth Trading Company and found the service and delivery sketchy at best. I asked for a refund. So now I wait again . Will let you know if my refund gets burned in a truck fire on the way back to my pocket.

AWEFUL! SCAM. Hopefully it’s not too late for you and you’re reading this early… Do not shop online with this company. Worst eCommerce experience of my life. Order was accepted, customer service apparently didn’t have my address with the order (weird) considering they sent a confirmation email with my address but couldn’t find it in their records, then a WEEK later cancelled my order apparently the item wasn’t in stock. JOKE COMPANY. You can tell they give zero care because nobody even bothers to respond to reviews…

Womens Lightweight tank 90802--Yikes, Creepy looking extra flaps on armhole fronts---No quality control on this shirt--obviously no one tried it on for visual assessment before production in a Vietnamese factory. Made for an alien with 4 arms. It was in Clearance--sneaky snakes not said a word about the arm hole excessive material--so I can't return. March 7, 2022

I’ve had an order processing for 4 days now.. $900 worth of Christmas presents.. Called costumer service twice with the same response (it will probably be shipped tomorrow) I don’t have more time to wait. Im gonna do my shopping elsewhere and send you back all your clothes and get my money back.. Thanks Duluth Trading.
