Duluth TradingReviews of duluthtrading.com

I have been wearing Duluth clothing for roughly 8-9 years. After discovering their “Buck Naked” underwear, I was so impressed that I ordered enough pairs for every day of the week. I have always had a good experience with customer service over the years. Most recently, I have tried the “Men's DuluthFlex Fire Hose Ultimate Relaxed Fit Cargo Pants”. So far these pants have been amazing! These are especially convenient for me when stepping up onto and off of equipment trailers at work. Compared to other brands of blue jeans that I generally work in, these are definitely more comfortable and flexible.

Customer service is great. Products are fantastic. I have only had one problem and it was resolved without issue. Long wait to talk to a customer service so I opted not to hold and receive a call when they got to my number in the line. Was called about an hour later and my issues were resolved. I cannot understand why this company has such a low rating on trust pilot.

It was six days from placing an online order to delivery at my door including customs inspection at the border. The parcel crossed North America from east coast to west coast and the UPS tracking was timely and concise. The product description was no-nonsense, detailed and factual. The coat I received was accurate to the description and the photos. This was the first time I purchased from Duluth Trading and the experience was more than satisfying.

I purchased an e-gift card from them for 25% off regular price! I used some of it but then misplaced it. I used their live chat service and Leslie Z worked so hard for me to help locate it! The best part is that she thanked ME for being patient! Their customer service is top-notch and their products and stores are always so great! I wish I could give Leslie and the rest of them 100 stars!

I have made many purchases over the years and I have never had a bad experience ordering. I will say that as most companies these days costs are high and goods are not always as good as before. But I still like the fit and finish of their clothes. They have a lot of sales and if you are patient there are good deals to be found. I would definitely say if ordering around the holidays or before a weekend I would expect things to be on the slower side.

Bought some ladies overalls and "Duluth Reserve Joggers" over last years Black Friday Sale. The sale price was amazing and the products are even better. They are comfortable, sturdy, they dont upset my chickens... the pants are for sure my new favorites and my husband is jealous. They deserve way higher than 1.5 stars for the quality alone.

Discovered them by chance looking for honest boxer reviews. Ive placed 2 orders so far, they have regular specials and are a lot less expensive than similar quality brands. I think they will be my go to for clothing from now on...

I understand it's the holidays and lead times are longer howeverI'm beginning to think Pony Express is back in business. I just received my 3rd delivery date for 2 SHIRTS‼️I am in Philly and my order has been to Utah, Nevada and now on its way to Ohio. I now realize there are locations in Pa. and NJ however I am a Senior and am not fighting my way through crowded Malls. This order is a one and done for me and Duluth Trading‼️🤬 I have to be honest here, the Lead Time needs to be addressed but the shirts I bought for my son-in-law.exceeded my expectations. I could not believe the weight for 2 shirts. Quality is great and the pricing for the product was even better. I a changing my rating based on product only.
