I had a Lifetime belt given to me at Christmas 2021. The stitching failed in April 2024. I contacted Duluth and they responded with a canned response stating they will not repair the belt. They did not even take the time to look at the damages to the belt. The belt was not abused in any way, and clearly the stitching failed due to poor quality of materials. It is a real shame that Duluth is all about the marketing, and not at all about the customer. UPDATE: After seeing the negative review, Duluth actually did the right thing and sent me a new belt. I wish they would have sent me the replacement for the right reason, rather than send me a replacement only after the negative reviews.

During the last year, they have sold Me things that they do not have. They have stated that they had shipped things that were never shipped. Wrong items delivered.- THATS JUST SHIPPING. The website seems to have hidden traps designed to ship you things that you don’t want. I would rather wait in line in a Russian Motor Vehicles Office than wait for their telephone system.

Their return policies are outdated. Sending something back is very pricey, unless you exchange the item for a different size or color of the same item. I threw away a very uncomfortable bra I bought on their website because the cost of returning the bra would be as much as the cost of buying the bra, and since it's so uncomfortable, exchanging for a different color isn't going to make it better. What a waste of money.

Why does it take so long to get your order from Duluth Trading Company? It would be faster if they just shipped with the Post Office. With there handoff from one shipper to another it is taking forever to receive what is ordered. Love the product, hate their distribution.

Duluth Trading has to be the slowest shipper of any retailer. It's 2023 and virtually every online store ships very quickly. Not Duluth...items sit in queue for a week. When they finally issue a tracking number, it takes a few more days for the shipping company to pick it up. Who the hell wants to wait 14 days for boxer briefs? Going back to Amazon. Duluth is a dinosaur.

I tried to leave a review of Duluth's "Lifetime" leather belt that fell apart after roughly 2 years on their website, but the site would not accept the review due to ad blockers. My ad blockers were disabled. Their products, in my opinion, are very much overpriced for the quality. You're paying for a name, not quality.

The product is good, however the customer service people are nice, but screwed everything up for me. I purchased a coat for my daughters birthday the lady said she would over night it. Which means it will come the next day so on Thursday she puts the order in and I should of received it on Friday nope I call on Saturday they told me it went out on Friday however they don’t deliver on the week end unless it is marked to be delivered on Saturday and it wasn’t. so now I won’t get this until Monday, very disappointed they wrecked my daughters birthday present. All they can say is I’m sorry. maybe I should go get a sign that says sorry and wrap that up for my daughter. Totally disappointed and very angree they are very incompetent. Never again will I deal with them. I will make sure to let everyone know how poor this service is.

I ordered 3 pairs of Men's Go Buck Naked Performance Briefs and 3 pairs of Men's Dang Soft Briefs. I received 3 pairs of Men's Go Buck Naked Performance Briefs and 3 pairs of gloves that were miss labeled Men's Dang Soft Briefs on the packaging. I emailed customer service; but, judging by the other complaints, I doubt I'll get any satisfaction.
