I placed an order on December 8th and it hasn't shipped 10 days later - at the holidays! I called customer service and all they could report is "it is taking 7-10 days" to ship. This is after waiting on hold for over an hour, basically, to find out absolutely nothing about the status of my order. If you want something by Christmas - order from someone else.

I ordered some products online on Dec 8th. I have a pending charge which means no money is taken from my account. I ordered Christmas presents but aren't getting them from you no doubt. Like another post on here you have NO staff to accommodate Christmas issues. It is an absolute waste of time to order from this company as they can't even email you anything about what is going on with the orders If I could give them negative stars' I would give the -1000000000000000000000000000000000000000 stars. Don't waste your time if you are attempting to buy a gift for someone. I will NEVER order from here AGAIN

This company might have some great deals from time to time but to be able to get a hold of someone to cancel an order you placed weeks ago and was billed for is ridiculous. Every time you try to cause it’s always one hour wait and then they suggest you chat online which just repeatedly gets you nowhere. This company has horrible customer service. I wouldn’t spend your money there. Pay a little more and get the better services you deserve!

One star is too high a rating for them. I have bought from them before and been happy with the products and hapopy with the in-store staff.The problem is with their online ordering which apparentlt they cannot handle at all.I placed an order on 12/7/24 and as of 12/17 it still has not shipped. This is unacceptable in this day and age. I have called twice and spent overe 2 hours holding to wait to speak to a person. They hgave beenn extremely unhelpful in every way possible. They can't or wont cancel they order, they can't tell me when it will ship, and they can't even go into the system and edit the shipping address because they are taking so long that if they do ever ship my order I won't be home to receive it. The worst experience I have had with an online company that is suppodsedly reputable.I will never order from this miserale company again.

The worst customer service! Still waiting on order placed weeks ago! Actually NO customer service- you wait and wait them a pre- recorded message states you have 30-45 minute wait. Duluth obviously has no idea that Christmas and Christmas orders are an annual event and have no business model to accommodate the Christmas ordering season. Don’t waste your time and money with Duluth especially during the holidays!! One star is overrated for Duluth.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! 3 weeks after order still haven’t received all my items! I tried calling customer service and no one ever answered. I was on the phone an hour. I tried emailing no one ever emailed me back. I tried canceling my order. They didn’t cancel it please for your sake don’t order from these people. They are AWEFUL!!

I made an order on November 30th and only received part of my order, a few pair of socks. The 2 round of the order wasn’t even mine, 2 buckets and a pair of work pants! Someone else must have gotten my women’s flannel shirt, women’s smartwool socks and soaps. Still can’t get ahold of anyone. My last email said they are out of a men’s fleece 1/4 zip, but they should have noticed that when I placed my order. Currently on hold for the last 1-1/2 hours. My wait time is the same as when they close. Something’s really wrong with their online ordering. Now I need to go buy other gifts, since I’ll probably never get the other socks

One of the items from my order did not ship with the rest of my items, it looks like it has been "processing" but there is no way to track it, it has just been radio silence for weeks. On top of it they sent me a package with someone else's order, and I am afraid I will not receive my actual item. Trying to get in touch with customer service is impossible. The chat portal gives you an estimated wait time and asks you every 6 minutes if you are still there. If you don't answer quick enough it kicks you out. I had an 8 minute estimate, waited for 27 minutes and missed the "are you still there" check in and got kicked out. It happened to me about 6 or 7 times and I still haven't spoken to anyone. I tried calling and the recording said wait time is over an hour. Idk if their plan is for you to get so annoyed you just give up? Not planning to order from Duluth again.
