Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered 500 Black Soldier Fly Larvae (Nutri Grubs) and 1,000 mealworms. The mealworms all arrived dead, and the Black Soldier Fly Larvae were the wrong size. The packaging was also poorly thought out. The container of Black Soldier Fly Larvae was packed directly on top of the mealworm container, covering the only ventilation holes, which are located on the lid. With the airflow blocked during shipping, it’s no surprise the mealworms didn’t survive. The company did issue a refund, but there was no apology or concern about the condition of the order or the poor packaging. While I appreciate the refund, the lack of care for their customers and the quality of their shipments left a bad impression. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Multiple orders in a row are missing bugs and or they're dead. Dubia didn't add my phone number to my replacement order so post office couldn't tell me there was a delivery, so I wasn't aware they arrived for several days. Tracking was only showing info on original order. My pet is hungry. For the expensive cost, they shouldn't be having so many issues. A mistake is one thing, but Multiple times is aggressive incompetence. Not sure what's going on there

I would give this pathetic company less than a 1 star if I could. They send you DEAD insects. Then, when you ask for a refund, that's a complete joke. Absolutely the worst company ever to order from. Nothing but pathetic crooks. So much for caring about your pets. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

First 2 orders of crickets were all alive. Fast shipping! Very quick at responding. Very satisfied .

Their quality for roaches has gone done a lot. I bought 200, received what looked like 100, and they are way smaller than what I ordered. Along with that they lie about their expected shipping times. I’ve ordered from a lot and after hearing how “good” the company Dubia is, yet I can name 3 better companies.

Ive been buying from Dubia.com for months now with only slight issues here or there like a missing item from order or the fact my mealies staged up in shipping. They have always went above and beyond to fix the issue in a timely manor I always get a response right away. They are very friendly and seem to truely care about their customers. Ive had a much better experience with them then any other Ive used. They are an all around great company to deal with.

I have to echo the sentiments of every other person who’s left a one star review do not sign up for their subscriptions! They will ship you a container of bugs that will take over a week to ship and arrive completely dead in your mailbox. Then when you complain, expect to get pushed back from their customer service they probably get so many complaints that they have to make everyone jump through hoops before they honor a refund I took photos of the container inside and out and shared proof in my email they responded days later and said they needed a clear photo and a copy of the invoice. Absolutely ridiculous! As if somebody just holds onto a container of dead bugs for days also, why the heck would I need a copy of the invoice when their system should recognize that they just sent us bugs. It all seems like just a scam concocted by customer service to avoid compensating their customers for their poor delivery service. What a waste of money please try another service.
