The crickets were the wrong size. The mealworms were the wrong size. All the superworms and dubias arrived dead. I paid extra for live delivery and wanted to pick up at FedEx. I took pictures and notified them. The only way to communicate with them is by text! They never got back to me. I reversed charges on my card. I will never do business with them again.

I have been ordering bugs for my bearded dragon from here for years now, and in the two instances that I’ve received dead-on-arrival shipments, the team has been quick to respond and resolve my issue to the best of their ability. Staff has also been kind and warm. They even include cute little stickers with every bug order. I rarely leave reviews, but the customer service that I’ve experienced with this company prompted me to share my experience. It truly does feel like they are trying their best to deliver a great product/service.

​If you enjoy throwing hundreds of dollars straight into the trash, dealing with garbage sliding-door mechanics, and inventing your own makeshift locking systems just to keep the doors from rattling or sliding open on their own, this is the enclosure for you! ​The structural design is an absolute joke. The track tolerances are so poorly thought out that you’ll need to experiment with wooden dowels and stray loyalty cards just to make the sliding glass semi-functional. Forget about any built-in security—you are left to engineer your own fixes out of sheer desperation because the factory design offers zero reliability. ​Save your money, your sanity, and your time. Do not buy this overhyped piece of garbage. Utterly disappointed with the atrocious build quality.

I would give 0 stars if possible! I placed on order on 8/5. On 8/12 I reached out asking about my order. They said lost in transit and will resend. It’s now 8/28 and nothing! Asked for a refund and nothing! Don’t waste your time or money.

For some reason, my reptiles (specifically my beardie) refuse dubia roaches from anywhere but Dubia.com. I don't know what it is they're exactly doing, but it's clearly working! I also recently received an order where most of my roaches were dead, and while a few are expected, this was a lot. I immediately emailed the team, and they were prompt and fantastic in getting my bugs reordered without charge. Their customer service is honestly some of the nicest I have seen in a long time!

Cannot use points earned on a lot of items. Set up subscription, couldn't select a better shipment option, standard 3-6 day was provided. Subscription hit and I was billed, but order took more then 10 days, when I contacted them about order not arriving I was told to wait a few more days to see if it arrived. During this time I had to do a local order to suppliment due to their shipping delays. Once the order finally arrived, all of the worms in the order were dead and the hornworms were either dead or full grown. Completely wasted order save for the resilient roaches. When I contacted them again with photos and asked them to overnight the replacement of the order I was told they can only reship with the same shipping that was originally selected. I've requested a full refund for items not received due to their negligence on shipment of live insects and not taking additional care to ensure proper delivery times.

I have had a subscription for horn worms for my bearded dragon, Tolkien. I usually get an email before they are charged and shipped in case I need to skip an order. This time I didn’t, and I was charged twice. I contacted customer service and asked to have one of the charges refunded, especially considering the lack of service emails beforehand that I usually receive. They refused. Saying the worms had already shipped sometimes, and sometimes that they were in the process of being shipped. I told them I’d contact my card company to get a chargeback since their end of the bargain (the emails) wasn’t withheld. They said they’d block me. I’ve been a faithful customer for years. This is the last order I’ll be placing with them. Do yourself a favor and buy from people who actually appreciate your business.

I ordered 300 medium Dubia roaches as a subscription. Paid extra for 2nd day delivery. I received maybe 50 5/8 of an inch The rest were small, very small. I have ordered from them before and had issues but decided to give them another chance. I messaged them about the sizing and they wanted me to put a ruler in and all that I don't have time for that. I sent them a picture but it wasn't good enough. My bearded dragon won't eat the small ones I have to hand feed them to him. He only eats the medium and large ones. Very disappointed and I will not be ordering ever again. I had seen videos from the company and everything so I thought it would be reputable.
