Stayed at Drury Inn & Suites Cincinnati Northeast Mason 185 on 6/19/26, 6/20/26 departing 6/21/26. On the morning of 6/20/26 - I noticed what looked like vomit on the floor of the bathroom. I took a picture and went down to the desk. I asked the desk clerk if the hotel maid when cleaning the rooms/bathrooms do they clean/disinfect/wash the floor, desk clerk replied/stated “yes". I asked the desk clerk, then what is this and showed the picture of what I believe to be vomit. She stated that they would make sure it is cleaned up. We returned that night late, I looked at the floor and the vomit remained untouched. I covered the vomit with a towel and took another picture of it. In the morning we were checking out, I showed the desk clerk (same person) the second picture. She called the manager, the manager asked where it was located. I explained where it was and stated “I do not think your room maids clean the floor and certainly NOT disinfected. I do have the pictures as well a recording of the conversation on 6/21/26.

We stayed in Cleveland Ohio over Christmas. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. And I noticed an abundance of staff. Rooms were clean and breakfast was better than most hotels with breakfast included. We will definitely return.

After staying in multiple Drury hotels and locations. We are proud to say that we have never had a bad experience with this Hotel chain. In fact just the opposite. With the gracious help of Catherine, Angel and the other staff members they made our stay the Most pleasant and satisfying experience. We recently stayed in the Dallas Frisco Drury Inn & Suites and needed a change in the room arrangements, the staff luckily had an optional room matching our needs and quickly, without question, made the change happen prior to our arrival. We were completely over joyed with the room arrangement they had made to meet our needs. On the same visit while packing up after a wonderful weekend stay we unintentionally left behind an item. We called as soon as we discovered the item was missing and we were able to be connected to the actual hotel. The staff was quick to get our contract information so they could check the room and retrieve the item without complaint. The same day just a few hours later we received an email letting us know that the item was ready to be shipped directly to us. We gladly covered the cost for shipping to cover our own oversight. Completely pleased with Drury inn’s & Hotels.

Joe and Kathryn from the front desk were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is so clean and well kept up, and the room was so nice.

Staying at Buena Vista in Orlando. Mixed emotions. We are here now. It's breakfast time, can't do it again. We are going elsewhere. Exactly the same every day. Scrambled egg. The kickbacks are worse. It's stodge. Quick bulk cooking food. The drinks, nice touch, but if you have them you can't drive and have to go and get ripped off at Disney Springs. On other notes, the staff are great. It's in a good location for getting about

I booked a room in the vehicle while traveling and the date switched after my purchase for next week. I have to email a request to change it while going down the road. No one on the phone would help. Pitiful.

We just checked in our hotel at 169 State Farm parkway in Birmingham. We arrived around 3:30 so the kids would have plenty of time to swim. She said at check in the pool is closed until tomorrow. It was advertised to have the pool when I booked it. It was a big reason to get this expensive hotel because of the indoor/outdoor pool. We should have been given a big discount. This hotel is not worth the price without a pool. Now we have the rest of the day to sit in a room with 3 bored kids. After I talked to the front desk and didn’t like the idea of paying more for their other hotel with the working pool, the front desk called to say she changed my rate to $125. That’s better than before but I could have got a hotel for $70 without a pool. I still had to deal with bored kids and wasted time here.

We stayed at Drury Inn & Suites San Antonio North Stone Oak 123 - Drury Inn & Suites San Antonio North Stone Oak May 2-4. We are big fans of Drury and the staff was the friendliest I’ve ever encountered anywhere. Leesha was soooo kind and accommodating, along with everyone there. Exemplary staff! Comfy beds, quiet, dark, cool room made for a great nights sleep. Delicious breakfast and even free cocktails and supper at 5:30. What more can you ask for?
