It was super nice. I enjoyed it.

Drury downtown Nashville. Arrived yesterday to the friendliest and warmest welcome. Cynthia is so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was not ready so she personally accompanied us to the 8th floor bar, introduced us to the bar staff, Vanessa (I think ) who once again welcomed. Cocktails were delicious. Once our room was ready she called to tell us. When returning to reception we were assisted by Nada who was just as welcoming and friendly as the others. I had also mentioned in a Facebook post months previous that we were celebrating a special anniversary and they had a gift for us. Our room was perfect and clean. The breakfast and 5.30 kickback is a welcome bonus. When we return to Nashville this will be our go to hotel.

Stayed in the one in Florence Kentucky and it was great took my 2 doggies and no problem very clean place would stay again had a indoor swimming pool gym and everything plus a huge breakfast

We spent a week at the Drury Inn in Sharonville ohio. We want to give a big shout out to all employees that work here. Front desk, breakfast and evening meal staff, front desk cleaning crew, they are all exceptional employees. They definitely give excellent service to everyone. I would highly recommend this hotel. I hope our next adventure to a Drury Inn is as good. Theresa O

We stayed in Cleveland Ohio over Christmas. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. And I noticed an abundance of staff. Rooms were clean and breakfast was better than most hotels with breakfast included. We will definitely return.

After staying in multiple Drury hotels and locations. We are proud to say that we have never had a bad experience with this Hotel chain. In fact just the opposite. With the gracious help of Catherine, Angel and the other staff members they made our stay the Most pleasant and satisfying experience. We recently stayed in the Dallas Frisco Drury Inn & Suites and needed a change in the room arrangements, the staff luckily had an optional room matching our needs and quickly, without question, made the change happen prior to our arrival. We were completely over joyed with the room arrangement they had made to meet our needs. On the same visit while packing up after a wonderful weekend stay we unintentionally left behind an item. We called as soon as we discovered the item was missing and we were able to be connected to the actual hotel. The staff was quick to get our contract information so they could check the room and retrieve the item without complaint. The same day just a few hours later we received an email letting us know that the item was ready to be shipped directly to us. We gladly covered the cost for shipping to cover our own oversight. Completely pleased with Drury inn’s & Hotels.

Joe and Kathryn from the front desk were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is so clean and well kept up, and the room was so nice.

We stayed at Drury Inn & Suites San Antonio North Stone Oak 123 - Drury Inn & Suites San Antonio North Stone Oak May 2-4. We are big fans of Drury and the staff was the friendliest I’ve ever encountered anywhere. Leesha was soooo kind and accommodating, along with everyone there. Exemplary staff! Comfy beds, quiet, dark, cool room made for a great nights sleep. Delicious breakfast and even free cocktails and supper at 5:30. What more can you ask for?
