Stayed overnight on 9/2/26. Woke up with my eye swollen and bed bug bites all on my right side of my body. I called the hotel to notify them of the bed bugs in room 511. The lady said she would investigate it and call me back. Haven't heard anything as of yet.

What happened Drury Inn?? You used to be my favorite hotel. Did private equity get a hold of you?? The rooms are dirty and they smell. I've been a faithful customer for over 6 years. Not anymore.

Horrific stay. There was open drug use throughout our stay and management did nothing to address it. Tread carefully here.

Stayed at Drury Inn & Suites Cincinnati Northeast Mason 185 on 6/19/26, 6/20/26 departing 6/21/26. On the morning of 6/20/26 - I noticed what looked like vomit on the floor of the bathroom. I took a picture and went down to the desk. I asked the desk clerk if the hotel maid when cleaning the rooms/bathrooms do they clean/disinfect/wash the floor, desk clerk replied/stated “yes". I asked the desk clerk, then what is this and showed the picture of what I believe to be vomit. She stated that they would make sure it is cleaned up. We returned that night late, I looked at the floor and the vomit remained untouched. I covered the vomit with a towel and took another picture of it. In the morning we were checking out, I showed the desk clerk (same person) the second picture. She called the manager, the manager asked where it was located. I explained where it was and stated “I do not think your room maids clean the floor and certainly NOT disinfected. I do have the pictures as well a recording of the conversation on 6/21/26.

I booked a room in the vehicle while traveling and the date switched after my purchase for next week. I have to email a request to change it while going down the road. No one on the phone would help. Pitiful.

We just checked in our hotel at 169 State Farm parkway in Birmingham. We arrived around 3:30 so the kids would have plenty of time to swim. She said at check in the pool is closed until tomorrow. It was advertised to have the pool when I booked it. It was a big reason to get this expensive hotel because of the indoor/outdoor pool. We should have been given a big discount. This hotel is not worth the price without a pool. Now we have the rest of the day to sit in a room with 3 bored kids. After I talked to the front desk and didn’t like the idea of paying more for their other hotel with the working pool, the front desk called to say she changed my rate to $125. That’s better than before but I could have got a hotel for $70 without a pool. I still had to deal with bored kids and wasted time here.

Our car was stolen from their Arlington, Texas lot this morning. This location is not safe. Manager couldn't be bothered to get my family an Uber to the airport so they could get home after saying she would. Pathetic. After months of searching the country for the perfect car, we found it in Knoxville, TN and bought it as a Valentine's Day gift to ourselves. My wife and son flew there to drive it home to Los Angeles. Until this morning, they were having an incredible mother/son experience... something I knew she wanted before he finishes high school and goes off to college. The car was everything we hoped it would be... and a thief felt he should have it... so he took it. We chose the hotel because it was supposed to be a safe location. It's not. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO SEE YOUR CAR IN THE MORNING. More info: Hotel said they would be helpful with the investigation but refuses to turn over the surveillance footage. What does it show that you don't want us to see? Inside job?? The security patrol (which should be 24 hours) seems to only work until 5:00am. Oddly enough, the car was stolen at 5:32. How would the thief know there would be no security? Was the thief connected to the hotel? Someone obviously tipped off the thief about the car and the security schedule. Drury has a lot of explaining to do.

I have stayed at the Cleveland location 4 times now since last December (2024). The first and second stay were great. The third stay was on December 1st and I stayed and checked out without issue. After about a week I realized I had left my apple watch in the room, no problem. I checked find my phone and seen with my eyes that it was still at the hotel. I called to let them know I had left it and would be returning to pick it up in a few days when I was back out that way. The receptionist answered and told me that my watch was in the safe and described the band to me. Once I arrived to pick it up, the hotel manager told me that they had no record of my watch and that it was not ever there. I left my information and chalked it up to my fault for leaving it there, must have been a fluke somewhere. The hotel was great, so no harm no foul. My fourth stay was January 23rd 2025. ( I forget things everywhere) I checked out again, no issues, great stay. Once I got home, I realized I had left my business cell in the room. Once again, I check find my phone and the phone was located in the hotel. This time I drove the 45 minutes back to get it. While I was traveling to the hotel, my phone was traveling to 788 East 90th street. When I went into the hotel I asked to speak to the manager and let them know I had left my phone and watched it travel from here to an apartment building. The manager told me that it was not his problem. I asked for them to please see who cleaned my room and explained that this is the second time something like this has happened. Again, he told me it's not his problem....."Call the cops then." I did in fact make a police report and there is a current investigation going on. Apparently, this has been an ongoing issue. Bottom line is someone from the hotel is stealing electronics from the rooms after people check out. They were just unlucky enough to steal from the same person twice. I now have $2000 worth of my belongings stolen from their property from a locked room.
