Good service and quick response

Highly Recommend I am so glad that Druksell makes it so easy to access my favorite Bio Tea. It takes me back to beautiful Bhutan. Quick process to order, good shipping rate and timely delivery. Thanks!

The order was to be shipped directly to my friend’s home , instead it was shipped to my home . The packing box used was too small - the soft cover book had to be bent to fit in the box. I had to put in under a heavy object for more than 24 hours to flatten again. There were no updates to the tracking site after 12/26. The package didn’t get to my post office for more than a week after that . The incense containers were damaged because there was no padding or cushioning in the cardboard box to keep them from getting bumped around. Thank you
