Dear Howard, Greetings from Bhutan and a happy new year. - the items are currently on its way to you, however, the system that we use for tracking our packages has not been updated which we partner with Bhutan Postal services- we don't have direct access to update their system however we are following up to notify you regarding the parcel delivery status. The last update was on the 2nd of January- you can expect to receive the item very soon, and delivery times can also be prolonged due to the customs process in different countries, Your item should be received in the coming week or next week. However, we were able to refund the full amount in a timely manner.
