I have not received my order
I have not received my order. Druksell's confirmation wrote I would receive a notification of the shipment. That notification of shipment has not yet occurred and it is now 2 months later. Needless to say the items have not yet arrived. Please let me know the status of my order, specifically whether it has been shipped or not.
Response from DruksellJul 15, 2020
Dear George, We apologize for the delay in our shipments. We are sending out periodic updates regarding our services. It seems like you have not received our email updates. Currently, all items have been dispatched with our carriers however, due to regional flight restrictions, items have not been shipped outside Bhutan. It is beyond our control as every moment, the situation keeps changing and we are trying our best to keep our services up and running. Your order is currently in dispatch house and it will be moving to delivery as soon as regular delivery resumes. However, if you would like to upgrade shipping to USD 40- we can ship it within the coming week itself. Look forward to hear
