Unfortunately i bought a blower AND a hedge trimmer from Dr. I have been waiting OVER A YEAR for a battery replacement I ordered!!! They are back ordered and told me today there are over 500 people on the waiting list. Hard to use electric equipment without a battery!!! What a waste of money. DO NOT BUY from this inept company.

Terrible company won’t honor recalls on unsafe products.

We recently bought a PRO 26 (15.5 HP). It was NOT delivered as promised, was left in pieces at our front gate 500' away. My wife is 79, I'm 76 and it fell on us to put it together and get it to our barn. And, the handle bar grips are so high and NOT adjustable - coming to my mid-chest, occassionaly injuring my shoulder when trying to manever it. It is grossly designed and unhealthy for people under 6'. It came without a gas gauge so I have been, at times, left acres from our house where the stored gas is. Ergo, I have to check the gas every 20-minutes. And, the choke is so-so, sometimes taking several minutes to start...never had that issue with my previous 2 DRs. My old DRs were not like this, the handle bar/grips were at a reasonable height for non-basketball height. Did China buy DR...quality is NOT a constant!

I have two pieces of DRPower equipment , and both have been reliable. The real issue is when you need parts .The supply chain for their parts in a nutshell SUCK. Over the years its been the same story , “ not in stock and will ship in 2-3 week” , which is fine if that were the case . There is NO customer service follow up when parts do not ship on time , and it falls on the customer to do the follow up . My last order was placed on 4/08/26 and was to ship on 4/29/26. On May 1st I called and was told there was a delay and the parts would ship on 5/7 . On 5/15 when no parts arrived , once again it was on me to call and was told that they had shipped on 5/14 and would not arrive till 5/20 . Customer service with this company SUCKS and as I told the the CS head , next time I need to order equipment , there are other options that I will be using !!

DR pull behind brush mower sucks. I would NEVER recommend one

I spoke to Dr about my walk behind mower 28 Aug 2025. I ordered a cable to engage the wheels and a drive belt. The lady was helpful and said, Sept 12. I called again in Oct and was told that they were moving to a new building and that the items would be sent out shortly. I spoke to Mike at Dr mower in Nov and he said that I would receive the parts in a week. Mike is a liar. I called in Dec and spoke to an older lady and described the situation. As of today, 1 Jan 2026. I'm still waiting. This is one of those companies that's all sale and no service. Don't walk away, run.

I ordered replacement wheels Aug. 21 of this year 2025. They did not ship until Oct. 24 of this year. I asked to cancel, I had already purchased them somewhere else, but they couldnt/wouldnt. I refused delivery Oct 28th. They were received by Generac on Nov 3rd.I just received a return order number on Dec 23. saying that I needed to ship the wheels back. The same wheels that they already received back on Nov 3rd.

Incredibly disappointed I ordered a Leaf vacuum in October for our NJ home tons of typical leaves My card card billing has a Florida address that where they shipped the machine which is still sitting on the pallet in my front doorway because one thats not where I wanted it , two there arent any leaves in florida to vaccum and Im guessing it doesnt work on Palm fronds. I notified them in less than 24 hours after I got confirmation and realized they have wrong address. I notified them again a day later because I got no response, I got a response on my 3rd email to them, saying the machine was already on the truck and they would notify the carrier to reroute to NJ coming from New England , I didnt think that was a majpr issue regardless I'd still have to pay for additional service. About a week later, it was sitting on my Florida doorstep and now over a month has gone by, no response, no resolution and no apology
