Placed an order last week for parts for my brush mower, typically in the past getting parts was fast and easy this time not so much, talked to customer service yesterday trying to get an update which usually happens from your end so I was told that my items should ship by the end of the week, did a chat online today with customer service and was informed that both parts were on back order which I wasn’t told yesterday by customer service and I received no notice when placing the order they were or no follow up to say so, communication is and was poor

Ordered battery for a never used walk behind eeed trimmer unit in March, told it would not ship until May, then told it would not ship until October, just got an email saying the order was cancelled because the battery was discontinued. So I guess o will never know how the unit I purchased will ever work. What a waste of money!!! No offers to switch out the unit, no no backing of their product, just a “ha ha ha, you are the fool for trusting in us” feeling. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in this company!

I rely on this machine! I ordered a simple part 7 days ago. Website says order gets fulfilled in 1-3 days. Agent said today it hasn’t left the warehouse, for crying out loud. No notice, nothing about the delay. Bad service.

Shipping is so slow. Parts still not here so I had to buy another machine to avoid fines for weed clearing. Let’s see how Ardisam support is.

had to wait 10 days for item to show out for delivery and then it disappeared from tracking, 2 weeks later they finally issued a replacement however 3 days later it stil had not shipped so now we are at 4 weeks from purchase and i still don't have my item and the replacement has not shipped, you would thing they would do everything possible to get me my item but no. I am not waiting 6 weeks so canceled order. ordered from Garvee and item shipped same day for a lower price and free shipping as all other items I've purchased thru them hassle free. getting my item 5 weeks later than I wanted it but I have tracking same day as ordered. my 1st time using DR power and no question my last time. never again, and I would recommend to all to read the reviews, they are correct this company is the pits.

I ordered a tiller and was excited. I got on here after and read the reviews and went the next day and cancelled the order. They said it couldn't be cancelled because it was already shipping. many days later ... no unit and the shipping company sent me 3 different messages on different days for shipment. Never came on those days. Then one day went home and there is the unit in my front yard. No call, no email, sitting in the grass. i took the unit out and decided to give it a try. put the handle on and a couple of things that needed to be put together and tried to see if everything was working. Tines would not work. I had to disassemble the unit to find the main belt pully had not been tightend or bolted to the unit. It damaged the guide pulley and the main pulley. I sent a request for help, part or whatever and no response. I set up return to be told they will not give me my money until they receive the unit back. They got their money before I had a working unit so ... now I am waiting and going on my second week of waiting for them to come get the unit. Now they are telling me I have to palletize it and print papers and prepare it like I am a company or they wont give me my money back. They picked up the damaged unit and I am still waiting on my refund. a month of nightmares. Not worth getting yourself robbed by this company.

I ordered a stump grinder in March of 2026 website stated 6-8 days shipping. No worries except every week I would get a email saying it was delayed another week. The hold on my credit card for $1100 had to be re-held two times. Finally at the end of May I called to cancel my order which was initially told I could not. The agent could not give a answer why as the product had not shipped. After asking why they were able to cancel the order. To bad I wanted the product 3 months waiting is a tell of what I would experience if something broke.. Probably a blessing in disguise.

I ordered a battery and charger for my electric lawnmower in June of 2025. The battery had failed and when I called the DR Power Equipment i was told that It was not safe to use the existing battery or charger. I ordered and paid for a charger and a battery. I received a replacement charger almost immediately. No battery and I when I called I was told it would ship in August, then October, then November and December. No communications from DR Power Equipment. Only response was when I called. Now I am told that the battery may be shipped in October of 2026. I can understand why the dealer I purchased your equipment from no longer supplies your products. This is a huge customer service fail for not following through with shipping information and not being able to secure a vendor that would provide replacement product that was defective. This is a second season without my electric mower. It also seems like DR Power should provide replacement products at no chargehe equipment sold us was defective and according to customer service unsafe to use. That is not what is happening.
