I am satisfied with the customer service department and they were very helpful. I could see possible improvements in the shipping. I placed order over the weekend and now product is just shipping out Thursday.

It seems that the most prevalent and available size of concrete (cinder) block available is the 8" X 8" 13". In any case that is the size I bought thus the bolts in the kit were not long enough. It would be good to offer or include the longer bolts for the 8" blocks. Other than that the tiedown kit was great.

Telephone wait time was unbearably long. Why not adopt a phone-back-when-ready solution? Once connected live the agent was knowledgable, courteous and helpful.

My DR Pilot lawn leaf vacuum is an impressive well made machine. it arrived at my home in a timely manner and was easy to assemble. The deck adopter for my lawn mower is another story. With the lack of information on the DR website such as measurements, I ordered the straight adopter that absolutely will not work. I actually need the angled adopter and will accept responsibility for the error. So my suggestion is this. With the expertise available at DR power and the availability of modern technology, DR could do a much better job offering the correct adopter. Perhaps even custom made adopters for a specific model mower deck. As a result, I am sitting here unable to use my expensive machine until the back ordered adopter becomes available.

For the high price of the shipping you would hope it would arrive much sooner. Appeared to take 2 days to be shipped?
