In my attempt to place an order using two different credit cards I got disconnected. The individual I was speaking with did NOT call me back. I called and spoke to someone in customer service. She said she found out who it was and would have me call me back. Two hours later still no call. So I called back tried to get this order taken care of! Well ended up is on my card was the pending notification for both tillers! And on the other one of the tilers! Finally got it straightened out but still have not even received a notice that it has been shipped! I was told it would be shipped by Wednesday the 24th of March. Well here we are on the 26th and no notice of shipment.

Purchased a DR 2-stage Pro 24 Snowblower, Within less than 3hrs of using it the following occurred; Forward & reverse speeds stopped working, the impeller stopped throwing snow, and the machine began giving off a powerful burning smell. Have to wait till next week for repair shop to take it for repairs. In the meantime I have no way of clearing my driveway, can't shovel due to my back injuries (disabled vet). I'm leaving a review here because the company will not allow me to put a review on their website. I guess that's what I get for buying cheap Chinese made garbage. Should've followed my gut instinct and tracked down an older 100% non-Chinese snowblower. I'll update this review after the repair shop takes the snowblower, I'm 98% certain now that DR Power will refuse to honor their warranty. ***Update*** To DR's credit, they did honor their warranty and the repairs were at no cost to me

I recently bought my 3rd replacement quick load string head for my wheeled trimmer. I have had my current machine for 3 years and absolutely love the performance and ability of it. I can not tell you how many people I have referred to get one also vs. other machines out there. Anyhow my new head does not want to use the string I have always used with no problem. I called customer service to explain and was told the head will not use smooth edge string. I tried explaining I have always in the past used this string but this new head will not retain the .155 string. It slings it out as soon as I engage the mower. I felt as if I was being told I did not know what I was doing in the proper operation of the head. Im sorry but now my previous satisfaction with the service I have received over the years has now declined. The company is becoming like most others, use what WE sell or tell you, or we are sorry we can't help you.

Purchased a DR Power vacuum Pilot model in Fall of 2017. I was lucky to have purchased the extended warranty because the canvas enclosure at a cost of approximately $177.00 has been replaced four times and the PVC chute at approximately $99.00 has been replaced three times. When I posted a product review on the DR Power website the comments were not even posted. The technician who called me advised me to install some iron on patches to the interior of the closure. They would be glad to replace defective parts as long as the equipment was under warranty. They would not address the root cause of the problem nor offer any solutions to the recurring problem unless you would think attempting to put a iron on patch would solve the problem in an area with leaves and dirt if it would ever stick to the enclosure material. I would never recommend this product in the current state. It does however pick up leaves very well!
