I bought the walk-behind DR in March of 2024. It has broken 8 times in 2 years. When I take it to the repairman approved by DR (which is a long way away), they usually take 3 weeks up to 4 months to fix it. If you consider these details, you can see that the machine has been operational for me for less than 250 days in that 2 years--and its a new machine! The only good thing is that they did pay (via warranty) for the repairs. However, when I mentioned to them that my 2-year-old machine has less than 20 hours on it, has broken 8 times and been unusable most of the time, they said that would do nothing about it. I highly recommend not buying anything from DR. The equipment is no good and they do not stand behind it.

When you order parts don't expect to get them within a month or two horrible service for delivery of parts

Customer service stinks. New machine doesn’t run more than it does. When you need a replacement part it takes weeks with the same old runaround about warehouse issues and other things. Also expensive. Look elsewhere for a reliable customer friendly company.

The equipment we ordered was delivered to the wrong address and we had to pick it up ourselves. They never contacted us to let us know the equipment was out for delivery and never made any attempt to confirm the address they were leaving the equipment was correct.

Although I have owned my trimmer for 2 years (out of warranty) I have used it sell tha4 4 tanks of gas. The spindle and bearing siezed. I ordered a replacement and was told it would be 4 to 9 days to process the order. Obviously once you order the machine you get no consideration of service use and no consideration of the need to get the unit back in service. I dont recommend purchasing DR equipment do to quality, service and price

I have a brand new self propelled/30” Mower from you. I have mowed my lawn once and it broke the second time. I took it to a shop/Four Brothers in Terrel Tx and paid out of pocket because they said it wasn’t covered under my warranty. I then brought it home and it went to smoking and choking out. I then called your rep and she/Holly referred me to another shop and said it would be fixed within 5 days. As of Friday, it’s on hold due to the shop not getting paid from your company. I have requested a full refund of all my expenses and the total cost of the mower.

you sent the wrong part - I returned it promptly but after 4 days you still have not shipped the correct part

I ordered a stump grinder based strongly on their advertising that it would be shipped in 4 to 5 business days. However, each week I get a new email from them informing me that the shipping date has been pushed back another week. Customer service was no help, and blamed it on unexpected delays. But all through this time on their website they advertise that they can ship this product in 4 to 5 business days, which makes me think that this isn't unexpected as much as a calculated decision to get more orders for a product they don't have available. I have a backlog of projects that require a stump grinder, and it is highly disrespectful of them to lie about shipping times. To make matters even worse, when I go to leave a review for the product on their website, I constantly get a Server Error when trying to submit. This could just be a coincidence, but seeing as how bad their customer service is, I would not be surprised if they are blocking bad reviews.
