Kevin the rep that answered my call was very helpful in supplying the information I needed about the model and replacement parts needed to so I can perform a needed repair. Kevin was very helpful and I ordered the needed parts via the website with no issues and they are scheduled to arrive today.

Excellent piece of equipment right out of the box. Easy to assemble. Starts on first pull. Only criticism is the siphon hose for the detergent. It seems to be replaceable. You can't go wrong with this power sprayer. It has plenty of power to clean the dirtiest job. The power broom makes cleaning a desk or garage floor a snap.
